The MAH rating is an expression of battery density ... its ability to store and release a given charge. When we vape, we use up about 100 milliamps per hour or 100MAH. That's based on the average standard resistance atomizer coil. 2200MAH is a pretty high current rating and will certainly give you an all day vape, at least the daylight hours.
I use 2000mah AW 18650 IMR batts on my Provari and routinely go all day and switch
batteries at night. I rotate 4 batteries in order to have spares in case one fails and always have a spare or two if the one in my ecig goes down and another one is charging. Two batts is the bare minimum and you have to always have one charged or charging to make sure you don't get caught short.
