Oh yeah and u guys should honor warranties if the device is transferred to another user cuz if the user that didnt want it gives it to someone who does and LOVES it, just another cheerleader for u guys that may not have been if they hadnt gotten a "used" discount on it....

I got my ProVari in a trade (it had never been used) and after a couple of days it started malfunctioning. I started a dialogue on the ProVape website and ended up having to send it in to be repaired. Not only did they NOT CHARGE me, but they also threw in a battery and got it back in the mail to me very, very quickly. I could not have asked for better customer service and the representative at ProVape.com (David) was a joy to work with. They definitely gained a "cheerleader" by treating me so well. I would not hesitate to do business with them again

Edit: the ProVari has been working great since I got it back. I Love It!!

Just from my experience with them, I believe they will fix it for you even if you are not the original buyer. They may charge you since it wasn't an electrical malfunction (as mine seemed to be), but I feel sure they will treat you right! Sadly, it probably will have to be sent in to them (just my guess, again).

I had to send mine in for the window, they shipped it back the day after recieving it. The new window is a hard plastic and don't magnify the digital readout. Will probably scratch easier but I don't think this one will push in like the soft one did.

I had contacted them and even though I'm not the original owner they're gonna fix it for free - awesome ProVape! U gots urself another fan!

I wonder how much the actual gold weight is worth in it. I really have no idea. It could be the whole extra $140 over the matte silver, or it could be $20 and be a cash cow. Although if it were that thinly plated I would think even light surface scratches would show as a different color, probably silverish.

Either way, I'm in love. One day I'll have two. One to use and one extravagantly cased on display!

But first I should just concentrate on affording the one to use.......
