Oh yeah and u guys should honor warranties if the device is transferred to another user cuz if the user that didnt want it gives it to someone who does and LOVES it, just another cheerleader for u guys that may not have been if they hadnt gotten a "used" discount on it....
I got my ProVari in a trade (it had never been used) and after a couple of days it started malfunctioning. I started a dialogue on the ProVape website and ended up having to send it in to be repaired. Not only did they NOT CHARGE me, but they also threw in a battery and got it back in the mail to me very, very quickly. I could not have asked for better customer service and the representative at ProVape.com (David) was a joy to work with. They definitely gained a "cheerleader" by treating me so well. I would not hesitate to do business with them again
Edit: the ProVari has been working great since I got it back. I Love It!!
