I've been searching and finally found a couple. 
First, ezig-online has the Russian Big. 30 mm, 11 mls of juice...monster. Must admit I'd never fill it full but it was the look I was after. Just ordered it but it looks like there is at least one draw back. The deck is identical to the Russian 91%. No extra room for building coils. Thought that was a bit odd given there is a 8mm jump in size (scratches head).
Second, ebay seller has a "28.5 mm Stillare rda clone". Don't know what they cloned, I can't find an "original" 28.5mm. There are a couple 22mm RDA's. Anyway, this one has larger posts and they are separated allowing for additional room to build. I'll update on as soon as I get them.
