Yes sir, that is correct. It streamlines the whole thing, once we get the train back on the track. It's really all tibs fault.;) However she did make my life easier.

Money sent and form completed. Thanks again, kwalka, rusalka, and sanjosse (you should really get a username that ends in "alka" to match) for doing this all.

Its going to run out between 90 and 100. So either way you will get wire, you may have to wait till round 2.

No worries. I did something stupid and sent payment as a gift, so if you get an odd PayPal email that would be why, lol.

lol, kwalka! don't listen to erich - you know how those software guys are! 1000 posts, my foot!
ecf vet > 75 posts minimum and one year membership! :D that's all it takes! ;)

Hrmm, now I've confused myself... I remember passing 1 year, not seeing veteran, and reading somewhere that it took 1000 posts... now I'm trying to find where it said that... swear I didn't see "ECF Veteran" the other day. :p

Too many cooks...

I'm #98. Should I pay now or await further notice? How is that notice to be offered?

Because your on the reserve list, you need to wait until we start round 2. Once we start round 2 it will work the same way, there will be a form to fill out after pymt is made. The reserve list will become the main list, and it will have the amount to pay on it as well as everyone's username.

Sorry for all the confusion. This is the first time any of us have done something lie this. So we approached it like a co-op when in fact it didn't need that much involvement. So we ironed out the bugs and confused the heck out of everyone along the way, me included.

Moving forward with the remainder of members on the list that need to pay, please see this form for more info on paying, and what to do after paying. This form needs to be fillecd out after payment is made. Again, this form also has instructions for paying.
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/viewform?formkey=dGw5UnNiMXFDaWJ4TFdCQVZnOHUzM2c6MQ#gid=0

For those of you outside of the US, please PM me with your full mailing address and I will PM you with the shipping cost.

Thanks for bearing with us while we work out the bugs. In the end everybody wins and we are setting a great example for the rest of the community.

vape happy brothers and sisters!

you turned vet on 7-30, one day earlier than you joined last year because the forum is set to 365 days. never mind that in the rw there's a thing called leap year! :D
and 75 posts is all it takes ....................

Shipping to Canada is $3.66 and the UK is $5.07. That includes the envelope and the fee.

So far I have 20 packages going out in the morning. I have 45 more stuffed and ready for labels. I would say were in pretty good shape, all things considered.
Got me a couple new glass tanks today. Let the record show that vapemail has been put on hold while this gets wrapped up. :)

I will be calling it an evening soon. We have 4 little ones, so I'm on a home daddy schedule. I will be around for a bit longer ,than it's lights out here.
Thanks all for your patience.

I am number 89 on the original spreadsheet, payment sent, with some extra, filled out form and it updated the other spreadsheet.

Just wanted to give an extra thanks, this was really awesome and very impressive on how it was set up. Pretty cool the other spreadsheet automatically adds you after completing the form.

Thanks again,

LD,
Thank you for the kind words. We are the model of efficiency around here. Not only was the process streamlined on your end, but your envelope is already labeled and in the "outgoing mail" box, for shipping first thing in the morning. You too Count. ;)
I have spent years studying the google docs setup so I have mastered it.

Oh enough of the BS. without sanjosse I would of been sunk. Thanks man!

I was serious about the outgoing mail tho. :)

That is awesome and amazingly fast. Excited to try, another ecf user said 28 gauge is great for gennys. Looking forward to trying it on my cobra.

Thanks again,
