QUESTION: Will the Riva 510 cones work with the 510 mega atomizers and cartridges? I do not mean the Ego XL, mind you. If it's a no-go, I'm OK with that... but these are what I've been using, and really like that I don't need to refill as often. I'm too broke to get the XL attys/carts till at least next month. lol

They're the same diameter as the standard 510 attys/carts, just longer.

I still have not gotten word of the resolution for the wrong kit being sent. I originally ordered a titanium 901 and a black 510. I received a titanium and black 510. It's been a week now so some communication would certainly help the situation.

For reference, my order was #5896. I have sent two email and one PM. PM response indicated that stock would be checked. Tomorrow will mark one week since receipt.

It doesn't take 2 weeks at all, some issues are, erm, easier to clear up is all, that 5763 isn't the easiest one to clear up and the email came through to me on Friday. Those bits will go out tomorrow although I'm not sure about the titanium atomizers so I will mail you about those.

I sure hope you are restocked soon... my Joye 510 was a good starter kit for a beginning vaper, but I really REALLY want the Riva!

I don't think so. [Probably why it took them awhile to reply to me as they were doing a behind the scene deal with another supplier to get replacements for folks who had problems.] [Corrected: Apparently they were just scrounging up the last bits from the last items in stock to get enough bits to ship out.] I too received an email telling me correct items were being shipped out to me. And since I needed 4 of the rarer 901 thread and then in the rarer titanium color probably was tough to hunt down the correct items.

And remember, Chinese holiday for a week right now so shipments of anything will be delayed so it wasn't like they could wait on the new shipment of kits.

Holy crap. I had an issue with payment for a small order, my credit card did not want to play nice! So we eventually sorted it out, with a lot of back and forth email with Liberty-Flights, I have to say, their CS is absolutely amazing! Can't wait to try a pink eGo pass through and I will have no worries about ordering from them again (considering my card decides to play nice!)

Hey bsop, that's not quite how we got the stock, we simply used the spare batteries/cones we had lying around plus 3 kits that, for some reason, are not on an order.

There will be changes on the next batch, we will be getting the manual reprinted - the eGo one in a Riva kit is just silly - and also looking at fixing the possible charger issues. None of these should affect the price, I just want to make the kits better for the end user, I don't like it when there are quirky issues.

So that's you cowgirl! A funky ol' time we had there, I'm not sure what we could have done if money bookers didn't play nice.

Care to elaborate, or post proof of this, so the supplier can respond as apparently what you posted is entirely false, according to LF's post.

That depends on a lot of factors - doesn't it? They are located in CA - I am in GA and order a USB ego from them 2 days before this thread started. It arrived 2 days later - one of the fastest deliveries I had ever had. Then this post went up announcing the $29.99 Rivas - they had a mad rush - and some people were complaining some deliveries were taking 7-9 days. A lot of the delivery times are outside the vendors hands. For example I had a delivery from PA in CA go out the next day and took 3 days UPS to reach me - and another a month before from PA go out the next day UPS and took 14 days - it seemed sometimes thangs just get stuck in shipping.
