I dont know about flicker but with dropbox you do this:

Put image in public folder
Right click the picture and click on get dropbox shared link
Go to ecf and paste url between img tags
Add this to the end of url: "?dl=1" without the quotes.

That is how i do it.

We had to adapt when gandalf went away... We were left to our own devices. It got pretty crazy for a while drinking all them pints. But we are doing better now.
