Is the SD Keyring the only real option for a light-weight auto battery?

I'm looking for a hands-free device for at work or certain other times when I need both hands (Diablo 3?) and would like to be able to just have it dangling out of my mouth.

I use 44mm DC Cartos, so they're a bit long, but the cartos themselves weigh practically nothing. I have a 510 manual passthrough that has a nice weight, but I still have to push the button...

Any ideas?

Yeah I'm thinking the SD keyring. It's not very heavy or anything and maybe with a nice rubber or soft plastic drip tip you could help keep it in place with your teeth.
