Are you running a PT off a wall-wort or a USB port? While not the best long-term thing to run to a USB port, you won't get 5v from one. Probably around 4.2v - 4.5v. My guess is you already knew that.

You might want to check with Derek over at St. Paul's own CreateVapor.com and ask what his is rated for. He doesn't have it posted.

Is there any such thing as a 3.7v Kr808 PT? I've only been able to find 5v.

Why oh why don't they sell them at 3.7v? Some of us don't like 5v!!

Please tell me someone has heard of such an animal. And tell me where I can hunt one down.
Since they're so hard to find, can you just get a 3.7 510 and use the adapter? Or is there a reason adapters won't work on a passthrough?

basilray - Still too high for me. 3.7v is really my sweet spot. I also don't want to take the risk on frying a port... or my motherboard. *sigh*

SimpleSins - Yeah, that may be the only solution. I do have a regulated 510 PT. I have a Kr8 to 510 adapter. I may hunt down a 510 to Kr8 adapter.

It's just so annoying that they don't make a regulated Kr8 PT! But I guess in a way using an adapter is an advantage - one less corded thing to have around. Silver lining, and all.

I think part of the problem is that high voltage is all the rage right now. They've kind of forgotten about those of us who only do the HV in small doses. It's too much for me on a regular basis. I wonder what would happen if you put a HR attie on a 5V passthrough. Would it bring it down to the 3.7 range?
