Hey Silk; just like you, I'm a 'newbie'. I've had just one smoke in the last 3 days and that's quite a milestone for me.
Presently I'm pretty grateful to have tried vaping and found this forum. It looks like we came across a pretty wise and supportive group.
Hate to use an old saying of another support group that I've relied on much of my life but it's 'One day at a time'.
Good luck!

Congrats and I logged on for the first time in a while just to tell you that!

It does get easier. I first heard about e cigs in 2010 and surfing the web brought me here. Once I saw other people, just like me, quitting conventional cigs, I told myself that I could do it to.

I switched to an Ego type in October 2010 and had my last cigarette in June 2011.
Then in 2013, I started lowering the nic amount in my juice until September 2014, I was at zero nic.
In November 2014 I stopped vaping completely. I am smoke free and vape free for 60 days now.

This coming from someone who smoked since 1978 daily until 2010. I tried quitting in the past, but was never able to follow through with it. Vaping gave me the freedom to give it all up completely and it feels like it will stick this time.
