Moody battery wrappers must be laughing all the way to the bank.
"So we can stick any old number we feel like on the side of this battery? And consumers will believe us implicitly..? Lol$!"

I say we go one step further and use Mooch's testing as the basis for a class action suit against the fraudulent companies, and spend the proceeds on diamond encrusted mech mods.

Problem is, the lawyers will be the ones spending all the money.

Your failing to understand how business operates within China. Lawsuits become tied up in the court systems of China, and rarely work in the favor of the plaintiff. Do some google research on Chinese business practices if you don't believe me.
You're a bit confused now :)
I'm not saying you're wrong, I was pointing out why your post was confusing. Talking about how international trademark agreements don't work in China, while all your cited examples would be working within the domestic Chinese trade mandates.

I am not confused, because I know how Chinese companies and the Chinese government works. Perhaps I'm not explaining myself to you fluently. China does not distinguish between domestic or international business practices. There are no binding business patents or lawsuits in China. Everything is fair game. It's literally a dog eat dog world.

I don't know how to explain it any simpler than this.

The only think you're wrong about is thinking that we're not in agreement.

I think something Else that should be Consider is... Just because you Can do something, doesn't necessarily mean you Should do something.

If I make a rta with some New Feature, I Know it will be Cloned. Period. End of Report.

So should my Business Plan be to sell my New rta and then when it is Cloned, pour the Money I made from it into a Lawsuit to Defend my Intellectual Property?

Or should I just try and make as Much Money as possible and when it gets Cloned, do Nothing?

Or Maybe I should Release my Authentic RTA and then after 4 or 5 Weeks, start to release my "White Box" Clones of my own product?

I think Sometimes people perceive a Companies actions from the perspective of an Individual were Right/Wrong have Intrinsic Value. Instead of looking at Companies as Entities who's Goal is to Make Profits.
