Uh...not sure what the question is...I've never seen VG measured by mg. It's usally a perecentage amount like 60pg/40vg, 80pg/20vg, etc... I'm guessing you're referring to 35mg nicotine. And yes...there will be alot of throat hit with that much nicotine. From tests that my friends and I have done, throat hit is dependent on nicotine amount. Those who smoke lights usually tend to do 12mg. Those who smoke reds are upto 18 to 24mg. And so on...

Huh? The MG silly! 18mg PG liquid or 36mg VG liquid, etc. VG never has a TH so I was wondering about going super high like the NJoy King uses. TH and lots of vapor was the plan lol
My Wife still likes high nic strength. I tried making her some heavy vg mixes. She said it was like vaping flavored air.

Several things affect throat hit. There are VG only juices that do have exceptional throat hit, if that is what you like.

Level of nic increases throat hit.
Certain flavors give more throat hit.
Temperature of the vape increases the throat hit.

It's also possible to gradually decrease pg and/or nic and eventually, you will become accustomed to the throat hit so much that if you try the higher levels, you won't like it.
