After 20 years of a pack and a half a day habit, i was feeling horrible couldnt breath couldnt taste smell etc.. like i used too i hated smoking analogs anymore.I drive truck (drivers know how stressful it is). so 2 weeks ago my truck was in shop for repairs i decided to check out this whole ecig thing. after spending all day on the internet researching ecigs. bam i placed my order with zigcigs (very expensive, but good customer service) ordered some extra juice from johnson creek and tasty vapor. i stopped by the house tuesday morning to pickup my packages. put my new 510"s together followed directions juiced them up. and my first hit Bam cough cough cough. Then a "hey" hey hey a smile formed . i think it must be a good sign that after 36 hours i havent even touched an analog (thought about it a few times i guess it was out of habit) i think i got off to a great start! now this weekend will be the test (when i get home i like to have a few drinks). but overall its going very well. i just ordered more atomizers (4) and (4) new batteries. i have about 7 bottles of juice (1oz) not sure how long the juice will last me. but i think i should be good to go for awhile. i will post my progress and please everyone post your progress let me know how you are all doing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)

Congratulations on your success ! Keep up the fantastic work. This is a learning process and it looks like you have gotten off to a very good start.

It was very easy for me to quit when i got my first e cig's and it continues to be easy for me. I hope you find this as well.

Take care..and enjoy the vape.

Congrats on your journey and keep up the good fight!

Having said that, don't beat yourself up if you end up falling back on the analogs too regularly or still needing to wean yourself off of them.

When I first got mine (on a Friday) I was very excited and made it through the whole weekend only smoking 2 analogs, but come the next monday, unfamiliarity with the equipment and old habits won over, and I found myself smoking 1-5 analogs a day still. No matter what happens, every analog you don't smoke is a wonderful thing!

Any and every success is worth celebrating, keep up the good work!!!!

That's great, now make sure you don't run out of supplies.
Don't be concerned about the money you spend the first 6 weeks, like most of us it will be substantial...............................but it's worth every penny!!!!!

Try a bunch of juices, read, read, read.
And if you don't really like the juice hold on to it just in case of an emergency, bad juice is better then an analog.

You can do it. I haven't touched a real cig in 7 months and I smoke almost a packa nd a half a day. Like you, the first 3 days I thought about it but didn't smoke a real cig. Now I couldn't even do it if I wanted to.

You can get to that point yourself. Just tell yourself your e-cig is all you have to smoke and you will get by.

well another day has passed now about 60 hrs analog free. i only have juices from 2 different places zigcigs and johnson creek. i have been using different types of flavors from the sampler package i bought from johnson creek, i cannot get the aftertaste of sickly sweet out of my mouth from these juices. maybe its just how they all are from the pg. i dont know. but its my biggest turnoff by far. im so not happy with the juice from johnson creek. sampler pack comes in really small bottles that leak way to easy and they all taste pretty much the same. anyone have the same experience with the aftertaste from vaping?

Yeah I get the after taste but I just switch to a different juice and keep going - lol - also though you should also drink a LOT more liquid than you did as a smoker. Really a lot more. PG and VG are both mouth-drying, and some of the aftertaste might be you not being hydrated enough. Always have a drink when you vape, that's what I do, helps alot.

Johnson creek juices are good, absolutley nothing wrong with them.
Tasty Vapor is also good.
Just don't wander to far from the ranch when buying liquid, there are plenty of vendors on this site............Keep it safe.

You will get the hang of it, give it a month of playing around with it and different juices and you should fall into some kind of routine. You will at least have a few flavors your comfortable with.

When did Shawn come out with Juice??? I thought all he had was Pre filled carts?

Yep, love JC, but after my first few days everything tasted the same. Try the menthol in the sampler. I wasn't a menthol smoker, but it got my tastebuds sorted out again, tastes like doublemint with less sugar. I also got the spiced apple cider from JC and Ms. T mango. I like sweet, but I can't vape it all day. Those two are a nice change. Also try mixing some of your flavors. I like the JC original with the tennesee and 1 drop of vanilla in the morning. Tasty, but not sweet
