Just saw on the website that RY4 is one of the flavors that is now out of stock and that got me wondering 'bout recent orders.

Chris, Mamacat, I got the auto e-mails from both myfreedom and Paypal that payment had been made and accepted, but I never did get an actual order confirmation.

Okay, I was wondering the same thing... PayPal accepted on Sunday, 7/26. Beside myself to try all the new flavors. Have not received a shipping confirmation yet though I thought the site said it would ship on 7/29. What's the good word? Thanks in advance.

Hey Michelle,

The good word is that it is in. Backorders were filled first and will move forward from here on out. You should receive a shipping notice by tomorrow or Tuesday. If not, let me know on Tuesday evening, so I can check on it for you.

So this is my 1rst order with MFS, just trying your juice & I also ordered on the 29th. I did that so I would have it by the weekend. Saturday came & nothing in the mail. I decided I better have a back up plan, so I placed an order with Parked at DS. I got my shipping notice this morning from him. I thought; COOL, I'll get my order from MFS today & I'll get my DS order tomorrow. Mail came, no juice. I got a notice from MFS after 5PM that my order was shipped. Want to bet which order I'll receive 1rst?
Now granted MFS shipping was much less than DS or others I shopped that day,that was a big selling point & if the product is good, I may order again. But my question, is this normal wait time with MFS ? Do I need to order a week to 10 days in advance? I been trying to spend my $ with US suppliers, but if I have to do that, I might as well order from China.
I'm not trying to bust your balls here, just asking what's normal for your company. I've yet to wait more 3 days from placing order to ripping open the package with any of the other vendors on this forum & I've order from several. A couple of times,overnight.

Keep in mind that when you place an order with MFS it is considered a "special order." It is not simply relabeled juice. It is mixed to your specifications and then shipped. So, this is not a simple pick and pack operation like many of the others.

With the FDA statement being handed down a couple of weeks ago, it created a significant back log for Chris as there was an overabundance of orders compared to the norm.

Okay, I ordered on the 26th, three days earlier than Newbutt, and still don't have a shipping notice. What's up with that? I hoped to be sampling double-strength juices even now as we speak. I understand the juice has to be custom-mixed to order. Still, maybe the site shouldn't have promised that it would be shipping on the 29th, considering it's been 10 days since payment was accepted and still no shipping notice. Let me know if there's anything I can do other than whine, snivel, and scowl at my hapless mailman. Thanks.

Got to work a little bit ago and I checked the USPS tracking for my order.

Sez it cleared sort in Portland at 1:33 this morning. Looks like I might get to try that 33% extra flavor tonight.
