Hello,

I was vaping in 6V with EastMall's LifePo4 16340 when they just stopped working. Of course I thought they were discharged but when I returned home I checked them with voltmeter to see how low they were.

The first showed 3.3V and the second 0V! I thought that PCB just shutted the battery down for some reason, so I placed it to the charger to restart PCB and pulled it out immediately to place it to voltmeter again. It was showing 2.7V

So it seems that for some reason, just one of the batteries was discharging while using them both for 6V vaping and PCB acting correctly shutted the battery down before this started to be dangerous (big volt difference between the two).

So, is it natural for this to happen? Is one of the two batteries faulty?

Top or positive end always discharges more when stacked. Remember to rotate them every now and again to keep 'em even.
Thank you Switched, I didn't knew that, I will rotate them after a while from now on.

But that much difference (0.6V) is natural? One battery didn't discharge at all. It "happens"?

Only thing I can suggest is that we replace them. I'm not going to get into the delights of PCB programming , as it's useless, because for all intent and purpose, one of your batteries is not functioning properly.

Email me at

eastmallcs@gmail.com

And we'll have a go at it there.

And please, until we get the ticket system running when we open the new site, make sure to leave your order number in the title, and inside the email, I'll need your ECF name, and the name on your eastmall account.
