we moved here from 500 miles away.. I wasn't gonna buy a house from that distance lol.. now we love where we are, it's a great neighborhood and it's a funky set up for school districts and I am totally against moving the kids into another system again, so.. we're here until whenever.. things could be much worse than not being able to have a dog lol

well if the housing market there is anything like it is here isn't there another house that's actually for sale at a decent price down the street or something (in the same district)?

we've been looking for houses around, and the sizes aren't great for the money we'd like to spend.. like a 4br home for 100k is so much to ask, right? hahaha.. wishful thinking. We are actually hoping that one day they will just sell us this one. Next year we will have more zoning room for school districts because my daughter will be going into middle school so it will open up our search.

He's still a baby, only 3 years old. Believe me 1 acre isn't enough. He has 1.5 acres now, and there is no grass left. We are in the process of fencing the whole 3 acres for him.

And Florida is a tad too hot for me Most of the people in FL I know are out of a job and can't find one, despite searching for months.. no one I know here is without one, even ones who are laid off have found jobs within weeks. It's a shame what's going on in FL
