You can also try using your ecig in 'cigar mode': just inhale to the mouth only.

Given a high enough nicotine strength, this can also work to relieve any cravings, since the nicotine aerosol is well-absorbed by the buccal membranes (in the mouth). Also by the nasal (nose) membranes if you can exhale it through the nose without a deep inhale.

People with lung problems can either use the ecig in cigar mode, or try Swedish Snus (packet oral tobacco). Snus (that is to say, the genuine Swedish product) has a virtually perfect safety record and is the proof that THR works.

You need a full phsical, It may well be a new onset allergy but some of the symptoms you descibe could be linked to other more serious issues. One of the little known symptoms of Cardiac problems for women is pain in the shoulder blades, combines with shortness of breath. Increased difficulties after Vaping could be due to Vaso constriction caused by the nicotine in the juice, if your arteries are already constricted this would be worse after Vaping even low nicotine. You realy should be checked out. Your vaping could just be an aggrivating factor not the cause of you problem. Wishing you good news after your physical (tell your Dr. evey symptom).
