BLAME?? or THANK????:thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb::thumb:

True story -- my nephew also vapes Nicoticket (shocker!) and hadn't been over to visit in a while. He came by tonight and I handed him my ACB. He'd never been able to try it. Instant Addiction! You should have seen his face when he hit that **GOLD*** from JUNE.:shock::shock:

I told him I'd give him a 50 ML bottle for $100 (kidding with him, of course) and he didn't even flinch - he was reaching for his wallet! I sent him home with just enough to hold him for a while -- that way I know HE'LL BE BACK to visit me more often --- when his ACB runs out! LOL. I'm such a bad aunt! We got out our juice stash and he was drooling over how dark some of our older bottles are so we schooled him in the art of buying one to vape and one to steep, rinse and repeat. Kids:facepalm:

I wann'a be YOUR nephew!

That's some part of it... I have to build margin for retailers into my model otherwise they get undercut by the website. That, and most retailers expect a double up, with a minimum of $4.50-5 profit per 15/ml bottle. It's a delicate balancing act attempting to serve two markets that are extremely different. I envision NT as a working man's premium vape, a good value for the money. Premium liquid with middling prices. The 9.99/18.99 price points puts us exactly where we want to be... $2 lower on a 15ml bottle, and $3-4 dollars lower on a 30ml bottle (as compared to most premium liquid).

Hmmmm, I wonder where would be a good place to get your juice into a b&m?

strawberry symphony cheesecake! I'll be honest here. I am usually one of the "hunt the internet and search for the cheapest deals" type of person. But in regards to NT, I do not mind paying extra. Heck I wouldnt mind if Kent starts posting FB pics of his new benz (as long as its not the new s class coupe). I do believe that good CS should NOT be free. And the way they treat the NT family is something i've come to appreciate. For some reason, the cheapness in me always "forgets" to add a tip on the NT orders, but the increase in prices doesnt bother me one bit.

It's as plain and simple as this: The alcohol industry has enough money to pay off politicians. The vape industry doesn't.

Alcohol does more damage to society than cigarettes and illicit substances combined - yet they're allowed to continue producing all the flavors they want, no child-proof packaging, detailed ingredient labeling, batch numbering, etc. If you wonder why that is, read back to my first sentence.

If vaping survives the impending legislative apocalypse and continues to grow, it may eventually reach a place where there will be enough money involved to pay off the required legislators/politicians (it will take billions, because they're greedy and a lot of them will have their hands out). At that point, they'll gladly look the other way, just as they have done with alcohol, and much of the pressure will be taken off.

At one of the B&M's I used to frequent they charge $11 for 10ml of their DIY house juice (which is terrible), and $15 for 15ml of premium juices (not 5P or Bunny either..). Honestly $10 for 15ml of mind bending amazing NT is a STEAL. Get it while you can folks cause Clark and his industry peers are only going to face more and more cost to continue providing e-liquid.

I get not being able to afford it and most of us normal folks live in the real world with tight budgets. I like to think that nobody in the family looks down or up at anyone else. But I would be willing to bet that Clark had to eat a poop sandwich from his investors for "leaving money on the table" and not charging what the market would bear. Because trust me it would bear more than he's charging and he IS leaving money on the table.

I've never met Clark in person, but I have read enough of his posts and watched how he runs his business enough to know that he holds the people who love his juice in high regard and considers mission #1 to help folks stop killing themselves with cigarettes.

Just my two cents. And as a Strawnilla fan please allow me to say thanks for giving me an extra 10ml for the same price Clark!

Scratch,,can I call you that? I had to sit down and crunch the numbers...at my local b&m I purchase 5 bottles of liquids. 15 mil bottles at 11.99 a piece. That's 59.99 plus the .675% that the state charges in taxes it comes to $60.39. Now only 3 of these are got to have them juices. I can go online to NT and order 5, 15 mil bottles with an extra .5 mil in them for $9.99 and pay say $3.00 in shipping so that's 52.95 total. I think I'm getting a pretty good deal. I KNOW the liquids I buy from the b&m are good, they are national sellers and I know NT is good because I've had them.
Kent, I'm so sorry for saying you out priced NT for me because you really didn't! You're saving me money and that's a great deal anyway you look at it! :)

We'll probably rotate a flavor of the week type deal so if you play your cards wise, they'll be opportunity. Just understand, the increase really isn't for the love of money, it's because I honestly believe Nicoticket has to diversify or it will cease to exist at some point. My passion will always be working directly with vapers, but I would be a fool if I ignored the signs that point to change (and I fail to respond). THANK YOU for understanding brother, Katy and I really value your contributions to the community.
If things get as bad as they could do, then many who don't diversify will fall by the wayside, and at the end of the day, it's the users that will suffer by losing out on favourite/best liquids.
I just hope that my favourites will still be accessible if things get ridiculous.

Dulce de Leche Cheesecake....BAM! :p
Sounds rather delicious! :)

Anywhere and everywhere as long as one is within 10 miles of us! :D

Yes, Strawberry Symphony is great ..I can add it to lots of things and only use a really small amount, and that means it doesn't make me wheeze! :thumb: Max VG CB with a touch of GC and SS - lovely!

If my current NHS GP can park a costly BMW 4wd with personal plates outside his practice when his predecessor ran a small VW, then Clark can have his own private jet for all I care as long as it means things stay good!

I agree on the hypocrisy regarding alcohol - having seen a dear family member die because of alcohol, it's quite alarming to see the easy availability of it ..not to mention the accessibility in stores.
...not to mention also the junk the industry is allowed to put into cigarettes.

Yes, things don't always turn out as bad as they appear :) ...at a decent supplier here in the UK, I pay £4.50($7) for 10ml. £19 ($30) for 50ml, and £37 ($59) for 100ml.
In some places, cigarettes are over £8 pack now, so as long as I buy decent quality liquid I win all the way because it keeps me off cigarettes! :)

Basically I have enough substandard juice hoarded for those times I need to stretch out my NT juices (I mix them as they are not vapable on their own) and I have some that are very yummy (5P, AiV, VV) that are excellent on their own but too much to hit all the time or even the 3mls for a tank so I drip those. There are some good boutique juices I have a bit of but those too are too much so get dripped. The smaller juice makers I doubt will make the FDA cuts. The big guns mentioned above may but I haven't kept up with them so don't know (AiV in particular as they are just as caring with their customers so I hope they are making the needed preparations.)

As everyone on this sub knows I LOVE GCD and if I had to only have one juice that would be it. I cling to it like I did my favorite brand of smokes. The others are just for fun. I think Clark's company and all the minions are family to all of us. That being said change happens, it's an inevitable part of life. Personally I hate it because I'm always searching to control my life (MS makes this dream an impossibility...and really, control is an illusion in every part of anyone's life...) and with this increasingly volitle business environment for vaping getting all their ducks in a row before they are required and then scrambling to catch up is very responsible to our needs in my book. Thank you dear Clark for looking ahead enough to keep us off smokes.

Do I love the price increase? No. Do I understand it? Absolutely. We are looking forward to new bottles and labels and figuring out how we'll deal with those changes. Clark is looking four years out and getting ready to fight for us. His company is fighting to keep us and many future family members from ever smoking again.

This puts everything in perspective and makes me accept the changes as I love them for fighting for us! Thank you Clark for fighting and stressing and worrying about us so much that you put everything on the line to make sure my GCD can still flow freely!
