Pricing increases happen across every industry in existence. There is no way that a company can sustain itself unless it increases prices to go along with the increase in cost of doing business. This isn't difficult to understand. The main issue will be when the FDA deeming regulations going into effect requiring all e-liquid manufacturers to receive FDA approval for their complete line of liquids in every milligram level of nicotine. The FDA expects EACH mg level of each juice being test will take an average of 5000 hours in research. Multiply that by the manufacturers complete line. NT will have 24 flavors available in 0mg, 6mg, 12mg & 18mg. Quick math is 96 applications. Each application will cost approximately $3 million dollars. Other than RJR, no one has this type of money. We need to get active and make sure these deeming regs get shot down during the appeals process. Great companies such as NT will cease to exist. The FDA is incredibly uneducated in the field of e-cigarettes which they openly admit to. Hopefully this will change and they will see how all of this is really saving peoples lives.
