510 AVS connector

the last 3 pics is me showing ... the movement of the cartomizer on a 510
connector how much it can move side to side... And is possibly the reason for my flooding...
If you want I can send you the hole avs and 510 connector and see what I am talking about ... But, you would have to wait till the 12th of novembet for me to.ship to you Imeo... I just want to find a solution for my leaking AVS ... The only way I can have the AVS working without it leaking is to use the 901 connector with a kr808 cartomizer... The 510 connector on the other hand leaks with cartomizer...
Tell me what I should do Imeo... And I just want this 510 connector and my AVS to work as well as the 901 with a cartomizer, so I can change over to Low Resistence Cartomizer and/or a Low Resistence atty...

Cartos are made for cents and maybe you have a bad batch, see if you can try a 510 atty in it to be sure.
Oh, and make one of Cappys 510 adapter mods while you're waiting, they pretty good.

Problem is all I have are cartos and dont want to spend money on a atomizer when all I use are cartomizers... If it'll work for a 510 atty its should work for a 510 cartomizer. Same way on my 901 connector works on my cheapy kr808 cartomizers.

Will do Imeo. So do you want me to send you both AVS Tanks or just one... The 510 connector leaks on both of them... And when using a 901 atty both tanks leak... These are the original AVS v1.0 units that came out at the same time as the new GGTS not the revised one AVS v2.0 ... Do you want me to send you the 901 atty connector too ??? Hi Guys has anyone got one of theses new 510 connectors at all, and are you able to use it with 510 cartos, there seems to be a problem with mine (they are a bit to long to enable me to screw down mouth piece assembly,I am using GGTS fully extended with 18650 battery's the mouth piece assembly just about screws on but there is no seal...........are 510 carto`s all the same length.

Cartos are longer than atties. Don't put the extension Imeo sent with the adapter on the carto and see if that works.
different 510 cartos have different lenghts... I use the boge ones they'll fit find just need to re-adjust the cap above the main cap and below the mouthpiece AVS...
Right thanks Ripp but wont it leak then from the top ? ie just above the top cap then........sorry to seem dim but what are Boge ones never heard of them at all ....in the UK here
what you have to do is .... do everything normally.
Take the top cap, top cap oring, middle cap and mouth piece apart...
step 1 - screw in the top cap
step 2 - put in the top cap oring
step 3 - screw in the middle cap all the down to make sure the oring is seated
step 4 - unscrew the middle cap
step 5 - mate the middle cap and mouth piece and screw it on ...
this should stick out alittle bit but not to where you'll have problems... Good luck and enjoy...
As for BOGE... there a 3 major manufacturers of attys and cartos ...
1 - BOGE
2 - SLB or Sailbo
3 - I forgot them ... they're the ones that make the all ceramic cartos...

Thanks Ripp but it leaks like buggery from the top part of tank where first cap screws in so not so good......................think I will give this up and go back to 601/808 cartomizers.Thats £13 down the drain Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
