I tried to post this in tips and tricks but I couldn't get there. If you try to refill them using the condom method or a syringe you're going to end up with a little more than half a ML to blow out of it. If you hold the carto with a pair of pliers and put the mouthpiece end in boiling water for about 45 seconds the end cap will come right off. You can clean the glue residue off the white end cap with a little lighter fluid and just use a q-tip or twisted paper towel to clean the inside of the cartomizer. Then you can refill it just by dripping juice into the mouthpiece end.

Question for you: After you refill and put the white cap back on, does it stay on well or does it easily fall out? Thank you for any input. :)

Bianca, no the end cap does not stay on well but I'm sure some of the more creative members here will come up with a solution to that, I'm thinking maybe a tiny bit of silicon in a couple of places.

Well, :) I just did it because I'm horrible at waiting and it took about 20 seconds and it came off easily...and I think the white cap is staying in place quite well, actually. :) Thank you so much for posting this...I think it will save me some precious drops of my favorite liquid! YAY!

I'm glad it worked for you, maybe I made a mistake cleaning the glue residue off.

Thanks for the info! Mine are in the mail and I was planning to do the condom method... guess not. Now I'm a bit worried...

Rosa, you can still use the condom method, just use about 25 drops, cap both ends and let it sit over night...when you take the condoms back off, look through it, if it's clear...you're good, if not blow through the battery end and clear it out...when they sit for a while, they soak up the juice much better and there is so much less waste. This white cap removal is good if you need to fill and don't have time to let sit because you need to use it in a hurry. :) All of this is just my personal experience and opinion.

I did clean the glue off the inside of the carto, but not the white cap. Maybe that's the difference?? It's holding like a champ and comes back off with ease. :)

ElectroNicStix.Com has blank 510 cartos with a removable soft mouthpiece. The end cap just pops right off and you can fill easily. I just received mine yesterday, so I'm not quite ready to review them fully, but they seem to be working well. They don't pop and crackle like the pre-filled 510 cartos. I don't know if this is because they are blanks or if the design is different.

Do you know if these are different from the ones carried by LiteCig?

I looked at them, but they're $1.04 more than the blanks at Vaporkings per pack. Unless they have free shipping, I'm OK heating the hard tops and taking them out. :)

uh oh. i also am awaiting my cartos and a tad concerned, as I ordered them hoping to rid the problem of leaky atty and carts. :(

I haven't had any leak. No matter how you fill them, you have to make sure there isn't any liquid in the center. If you can't see through it, blow through it until you can. Shouldn't leak. :)

well then i am happy again :)

Hahaha, good! :) As a rule, I use my manual battery for a while with a freshly filled one then switch over to the auto when I'm sure everything has soaked in well. If there was a leak with the manual, no problem...just a bit of a mess, I suppose. Better to be safe, right?

I don't know for sure about the blanks from litecig, but Jason at electricnicstic? apparently had the factory make them differently for him.

"These 510 Cartomizers are Great! RE-Fillable! Unlike other 510 Cartomizers with glued in Tops I had the factory produce mine with a removable rubber top so you can use the cart "condom" fill method or just pop the top and fill!"

That would be handy if they are other wise the same. The ones from litecig are great. I broke the white tip off mine not knowing they were glued but I use 801 tips so I don't worry about it just more air flow. I have been using the same one for 20 days and I think its finally starting to give out. Not a bad life span for 2 bucks.
