510 draw ??

So Mine has the hard draw problem, BUT Hubby actually fixed it all is well! no I mean EXEELENT!!!!!!!!! we had the same problem on a box mod he built so he had to fix the connector on that as well. I gotta tell ya I am lovin my Infinity!!!!!!

ok so may not have been the right way but, the gold colored connector the has the air notches.. he made those a touch deeper (had to do it on one before) and that helped but didnt quite do it so just above the notches he made little "dents?" to allow the air to flow down to the notches. well anyway I know what he did I just don't explain it to well. I will take a picture tomorrow if you like and show ya. well unless you fully understand what I said LOL. All In all Its great and I had to give him a shot at it because I just couldn't bear to part with it.

ahh they did not show up full size, but you can still see it. he used a 5/64th drill bit and an exacto knife.

Just hope I dont have other issues as I may have voided my warranty no??? maybe???

Yeah I considered that solution, but I also am too ocd about things like that. I know I have to send it in, but using a 510 battery extender does let it breathe ok for now.

LOL ya I gotcha I couldnt watch him do it I was cringing the whole time, but, to the naked eye, you can not see it really at all, I just warned him beforehand about NOT scratching the outside, cause then there would be trouble.

Send it in for the FIX Baby !! we will take care of it

the real problem is that the connector is too low , if it can be pulled out slightly it will work , we press them in so it will be HARD to pull out !

So what we do now is to un-press them slightly then using a jig we press them back in to the exact depth ( and measure it ) and then we test them for draw ( now that we have tested 100 + of them we know what the depth needs to be )

This will NOT LONGER be an issue from today on ! it is FIXED

Anything from today on will NOT have this issue ,

we started orders at 1000 on the new site , some did not go through ( new software and abandoned orders )

You can put an adapter in there and kind of twist and pull gently to loosen the glue, epoxy or whatever is on there then unscrew the cap off. Then take a pair of plier and kinda squeeze the bottom of the 510 connector with the top of the cap(GENTLY) and the 510 connector should go up. Check airflow by vaping before screwing back together. Hope that help. And WOWWW done.

Mine has no draw. I tried it with adapters e.g. 510-901 then 901-510 and still nuttin. Sent an email to the sales group at notcigs. It is purdy tho, I got a black one with the chrome ends. Bummer.

I really feel for you guys and gals that have to send them back. I cant imagine sending it back after the wait. Fortunately for all of you Mike is amazing and getting them back out the door super fast. Not many companies would be so quick to admit and fix a problem.

On a side note WV is building a presence on ECF

Hi Ruppy. Yes Mike is certainly the best in the business. And I have noticed, too, that there seem to be more and more members from WV. This is good and I am glad to see it. What area are you in? I am in the eastern panhandle.
