Send it in for the FIX Baby !! we will take care of it

the real problem is that the connector is too low , if it can be pulled out slightly it will work , we press them in so it will be HARD to pull out !

So what we do now is to un-press them slightly then using a jig we press them back in to the exact depth ( and measure it ) and then we test them for draw ( now that we have tested 100 + of them we know what the depth needs to be )

This will NOT LONGER be an issue from today on ! it is FIXED

If you could find a bolt with that same size and thread you could pull it out a little without dismantling it if you had a slide hammer and were careful not to pull off the end of it..

I thought about that but with my luck, I'd probably ruin it and void any warrenty. I think I'll send the batts(4) back also for the replacement 'rolled' ones. I tried rolling but don't think I am good at that either.
do you know if you need an rma # or anything like an authorized # to send back? If not, I could just send it back.

Still awaiting some kind of email to acknowledge the one I sent. I know they are super busy, so I don't want to be a pita.

Thanks 5CS...I am working on how to do the php banner like the "analogs since" you see. I am not a developer by no means, but I am currently taking a class in asp.net hoping to learn.
