510 Mega Atomizer: Advantages?

I noticed on one of my favorite sites that they had a Joye mega 510 atomizer, which they describe as longer than a regular atomizer. What would be the advantage of having an atomizer that is longer?

I've seen the ego atomizer which is wider so you can use the mega cartridge, and that makes sense. But why would I want an atomizer that is simply longer?

The 510 mega atty's have mega carts that hold alot more liquid. I use them with the blue foam and my Riva, I love them.

That would make sense if the mega atty's were wider. But the ones I saw were longer, not wider, so I don't see how the mega cart would fit

Yeah, totally wicked has piss poor descriptions of these things on their website... I had to come on here last night and scramble for answers thinking I had ordered wrong product. The TW mega atty are longer yes, simply meaning that they have a longer female depth inside of them to accommodate the mega carts, which have a longer male entry into the atty. I saw on a video that when a mega cart is placed inside the mega atty (at least with the TW gear), it only creates an extra 1/2 inch of length as opposed to a regular cart and 510 atty. Hope this helps.

i just ordered 2 of the wide ones myself ,there supposed to hold like 1.8 ml of juice?.

i think i read that you need a needle to fill these , is that true?

I don't mess with carts anymore. Now, I drip about 90% of the time. So, I guess the regular atty was what I needed.
