i know about lr cartos but i use them with my mega batts 510, but i am not into mods so i guess it does not matter right?

Theirs are probably lower than 1.6ohm, and I wouldn't use them on an eGo either, so I believe that to be good of them to state that. No problems with the 2.0's from Litecig...been using them a while now.
Basic rule of thumb on using LR with Ego type batts.
They will work, but you will get less battery life out of them (drain faster) and you could damage your battery to where it dies. There is a little circuit inside all of our factory batteries that help to keep them healthy, but the LR gear can, and has for some people, burned out this circuit rendering the battery useless.
Unless you are able to disassemble the battery and replace this little circuit board you will not be able to use the battery anymore.

I too have an 808 on order for a pal. I am excited to try it and see how far carto's have come since last year. I'm a mod guy, but purchased some carto's because of all I hear about them. Trouble is, they seal up so tight on my Kaji JM and SD MKII that I have yet to be able to get a drag from them.
I been using 808 on my Ego with adapter. I find it to be apples and oranges. Pros and cons to both, so it falls to mood.
I do have an auto 808 on the way so will be interesting to see if there is any difference with/without using the adapter.

Where can I get this adapter? I guess it's a 901 to 901 thread with air holes in it?
