510 Top Cap Not Working Well

Hey Buzzards!!

My 510 top cap is giving all kinds of problems. I've tried the normal tricks - lightly loosen the top screw, lightly tighten the top screw, took the screw out and cleaned it with alcohol ...

It's very touchy. Most of the time it won't fire any 510 carto/atty at all. I continually have to screw and unscrew any of my cartos or atty's in between every vape. It seems like there just isn't a connection being made. When a connection is made, it won't turn off - even if I release the button. I have unscrew the carto/atty to make it stop firing.

When I switch top caps to my 801 there's no problem - everything works fine all the time.

Any tips or tricks for me?

I'm out of my IKV Fusions (and can't order more until the server switch is complete) so had to switch to my Boge's which use the 510 top cap ... and I'm frustrated ... help please!!

I am not sure how long you have your Buzz. If you just got it its possible its missing the spacer under the top screw.

My Buzz is fairly new - under a month old. I just looked ... spacer under the top cap is there.

Maybe Mike will pop in and have some ideas???

Pull the center pin on your attys OUT , other devices will push them IN and cause bad contact !!!

Mine does the same thing. I just bought a shorty 510 to 510 adapter and it works fine. I got mine when they first came out. I don't use 510 cartos very often so it's not a real big problem.
