maybe attypops can help me with this one, I have an underload meter but that probably wouldnt work on Moonless's unit right? Since they apparently dont work on ego style batteries with a pulsed whatchamacallit? Moonless, if you really wanna know, we do have a regular voltage meter too, we can meet up and check it.

Some work, some don't on PWMed devices. I'd try it. Many commercial e-cigs that are regulated are pulsed. IDK. Even multimeters vary on how they handle it.. but most just "average it out" as intended to get the net voltage.

And if you do measure it under load... bring different loads (ohms) stuff. Or stick to the higher ohm stuff. The voltage drops for many mods with LR stuff like DC's due to amp limits. So even a regulated 5 volt device could read less depending on load and batteries.
