I always suggest having two bottles of the same ejuice in two different strengths (at least) at the beginning, for instance, a bottle of 24mg and 12mg. You can then use 24mg when you crave a cig, 12mg for all-day easy vaping, and you can also mix the two if you feel that 24 is too much and 12 not quite enough.

Worked for me! Good luck!

I smoked 20/30 reds a day for almost 20 years, started vaping with 16mg liquid an immediately switched to 11mg. 16mg was just too strong, 2 or 3 puffs and I felt dizzy. When surfing this forum I'm amazed at people vaping 24mg and higher, I just don't get it. Something's must to be wrong somewhere. Actually 19mg is the highest you can find in France, and there's zero law regarding ecigs yet.

After a month or so I went down to 8mg, and now after another month it's 11mg that feels strong. 6mg coming next.

Cigarettes Nicotine is a measure of what the Average Smoker's body absorbs when they smoke one Cigarette. e-Liquids Nicotine are Measured by the Total Nicotine in 1 Milliliter.

And the Nicotine Absorption Rate when a person uses an e-Cigarette is Different than when they Smoke a Cigarette.

Comparing Milligrams of Nicotine in a Cigarette to Milligrams of Nicotine in 1 Milliliter of e-Liquids is the Comparing Apples and Oranges thing.
