8 days after order, still in processing...?

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this lately. I ordered a satin black with blue led 8 days ago and still no shipping notification. I'm really disappointed.

I know this is silly, but what time of day do they usually send out the shipping notifications? I've been bad at checking my email every 5 minutes hoping to see the notification.

Also, what is the free shipping method? Priority? What shipping times do most of you see? I'm in NY.

I've considered contacting them to see what's going on or to cancel the order but they direct you to the forum first.

Also, it seems funny that they say you can edit or cancel your order but mine went into processing immediately and was uneditable. seems weird.

Sorry, I guess I'm just venting my frustration.

Hi Chedderslam,

We here at ProVape are very sorry for the long delay in your order. There was a hiccup between the black satin finisher and the logo etching company that we are trying to recover from. Your order should be going out soon.

I know our lead times said 4-8 days but we had no idea this hiccup was going to occur. There have been times in the past where our lead times were posted at 10-15 days or more. We are really trying to keep up with demand as we grow.

As for the free shipping, yes, it is priority mail.
