I've never had a problem with 8vape but I haven't ordered anything from them in a few months. Something must have changed recently. Like a bad hire or two. A few years ago, good employees were easy to find. Today, not so much.

I just placed an order for a few things from eight vape. I have my fingers crossed everything goes OK.
You are right, one BBB complaint does nothing. However if this is a new trend and everyone complains then it can help. You are also right, that a judgement does not guarantee payment, but J.G. Wentworth does. They pay up front cash for judgments (a reduced amount of course) then they hound the person the judgment is against. I don't know their specific terms and conditions though.
Wasn't the case with that company unfortunately. Found out much later that BBB already had numerous complaints for some of the same issues during a 2 year period. Yet none appeared for people to see and the company's BBB rating had remained unchanged. State of FL Attorney General went after the company 3 years later. Ripped off people received some of their $$ back, a year later.
Correction: Received some of my $ back 1 year and 9 months later, not a year.

Not sure about Florida, but in WV once you received that judgment piece of paper you can then do something similar to a lien on their company. They may not respond right away, but they can not ever sell the property/business until all liens are satisfied. Also, on individual/person judgment (such as back rent, destroyed property, etc), once you have that piece of judgment paper you can file to have payments held against their future pay. Garnishing is the term, i believe. Granted, its the last option you may want to take, but those tools are out there. Just need to dig for them sometimes.
The only thing that has changed recently i would say that the free shipping option is gone. So even though the costs are low, just check if the total including the shipping cost is lower than what you are getting from some other place with free shipping.
I talked to them last week and they were swamped due to the flash sales they had, bottles of eliquid for $2.99. Even my order didn't ship for 3 days but they did call me and personally ship it to me.

No health concern just trying to wrap my head around this device im using and tring to understand how it works. I read the forums aand get abit lost with the lingo. So i just ask simple questionns that will quench my thirst of understanding .
Yeah, at the start many read until our eyes bleed, lol. But, ask anything for sure. For important stuff you may want to start a new thread. Sometimes it helps to join an active chatty thread.
