I've never had a problem with 8vape but I haven't ordered anything from them in a few months. Something must have changed recently. Like a bad hire or two. A few years ago, good employees were easy to find. Today, not so much.

Still no excuse.

I've taken both of those routes with some problems I've had before with 2 different US companies. One was in Deerfield Beach, FL (very lengthy complaint to BBB about them for breach of contract, false advertising, etc., that cost me $3,200). The other company was in my hometown (took to small claims court for damaging my car to the tune of $1,200). The outcome of my actions = 1) BBB didn't even lower the company's rating after receiving my lengthy, well-documented complaint proving the company's wrongdoings. Also wouldn't allow my complaint reasons to be seen on their website, so others could be aware of problems with the company...though they were definitely valid reasons according to their own BBB info. 2) I won a $1,200 judgement against the company in small claims court, but...that's it...I got a judgement, a legal document! Small Claims Courts can do nothing as far as seeing that you actually GET the money though. I never got a dime of it.

So, I don't think the OP would have much luck with either option, IMO.

You are right, one BBB complaint does nothing. However if this is a new trend and everyone complains then it can help. You are also right, that a judgement does not guarantee payment, but J.G. Wentworth does. They pay up front cash for judgments (a reduced amount of course) then they hound the person the judgment is against. I don't know their specific terms and conditions though.

Wasn't the case with that company unfortunately. Found out much later that BBB already had numerous complaints for some of the same issues during a 2 year period. Yet none appeared for people to see and the company's BBB rating had remained unchanged. State of FL Attorney General went after the company 3 years later. Ripped off people received some of their $$ back, a year later.

Correction: Received some of my $ back 1 year and 9 months later, not a year.

Not sure about Florida, but in WV once you received that judgment piece of paper you can then do something similar to a lien on their company. They may not respond right away, but they can not ever sell the property/business until all liens are satisfied. Also, on individual/person judgment (such as back rent, destroyed property, etc), once you have that piece of judgment paper you can file to have payments held against their future pay. Garnishing is the term, i believe. Granted, its the last option you may want to take, but those tools are out there. Just need to dig for them sometimes.

:)

    Good evening all
A question if i may does the higher the watts you use on your vape mean more nicotine intake thankyou
Sure. You'll get a nic buzz to let you know. But, of course, it'll be your total daily intake that mostly matters.
Do you have a health concern? Some people treat it like they would caffeine.

In the future you may want to start your own thread if you cannot find one that already addresses your question.
To answer your question though.Yes the more power you use the more juice that vaporizes.
Thankyou for that and as well as im new to vape still not sure how to start my own thread on this site still playing with it for anunderstanding
Yeah, at the start many read until our eyes bleed, lol. But, ask anything for sure. For important stuff you may want to start a new thread. Sometimes it helps to join an active chatty thread.
Lol i thought my questions were important . Simple but important to me

I'm sorry, didn't mean it that way, of course they are important. I just meant that if perhaps a safety issue arises. Sorry, still waking up here and wanted to give a response.
