801's with adapters not working on my 510...mmmm?

Two years in and I should know better - but why is it that I can use my 801 Ikenvape atties just fine for a week or so on my 510 connected mods... but when I switch to a 510 thread atty and then back to the 801 connector, they don't want to work? - Atty is fine... just not working again on the 510.... any ideas?...

The adapter might push down the center post, causing the atty to not get a good connection. I had an issue with my Silver Bullet using an adapter like yours. I found out I had to lift the center post a little bit to get it working. I had no more issues when I stopped using an adapter.

What does "lifting the center post" mean? Do I need a specific tool?

My 801's were always finicky. Especially with an adapter. Try wiggling the center post on the bottom of the atty out a bit with a paper clip. Then when you are screwing it onto the battery, try and vape from it a few times before it gets all the way screwed on. For some reason, mine would work just fine one day screwed all the way onto the battery, then only work when put on slightly lose. Go figure lol. Hope this helps.
