901 atomizer hole

It will make drawing air through the atomizer easier. The catch, is that it will make activating the automatic switch require more air through the atomizer. You have to create and maintain a vacuum in the battery cylinder to activate the switch. In order to create that vacuum, you will be sucking more air through the atomizer making the vapor thinner and less harsh. This is why so many of us like covering the atomizer hole partially or creating a pulse with our finger over the hole - to slow air flow and make activating the battery easier.

I have enlarged the hole on a 901 Att for better flow. It did work. However, when I tried a brand new attomizer I could hardly tell the difference. Since then I always just clean the att and it seems to do the trick.

*If you do enlarge the hole bake sure you don't drill past the outside casing so as not to damage the attomizer connection.*

Also I have found that there is sometimes a little paint in the hole. This can be cleaned up with the sharp end of a hobby knife.
