The blue LED will lose intensity to what point? Because I don't notice any difference at all before the batteries are dead. They're just dead. I am relieved to hear that the led is working fine on my unit, though. Will the red light still come on when there is a short or other problem, though? Or will it just go out.
The red led should come on every time ! if it is not it is bad ( we had some not so good ones in this last batch ! ? _ ) the blu will go out when the batts are DEAD !
Well, I'm still kind of researching it. It doesn't seem to want to happen when I want it to. Just when it's inconvenient. The button does not appear to be centered in the hole, it's a little more towards the top cap, but it's not touching the edge. As far as clicking, yes it clicks everytime. I've had my Buzz shut off halfway through an already successful fire and come back on when I simply rolled the tube without releasing the button. I've also had it go out and was unable to get it to fire again until I pulled my finger off the button, shook it, or pulled the batteries out.
The thing is, it's just way too intermittent for me to diagnose myself. For example, today I haven't observed the problem very much at all, while early this morning,(when I made my original post) it was becoming QUITE annoying. That's why I came here. I don't really want to have to send it back if I don't HAVE to.The Buzz is just too important to my daily routine, and too damn awesome to look forward to having to resort to my backup.
