A growing addiction

I love the fact that I primarily avoid analog smoking. I'm still at less than a pack a week, after 1-2 pack a day, only because I smoke a cig on the way to work and on the way home. Easier than dripping while driving :)

That being said, I have mentioned before that I started off with some random no-name cheapo to try it out. I moved on to the Janty Kissbox, which I have loved until recently. For various reasons, and not to insult Ethan (he was great at handling my tickets), I want to move on to something...better...

What I have discovered is that I am heavily addicted to nicotine. Even more so than when I was smoking :) But I'm not smoking 20-40 a day so my 2 a day seems fine to me. I love nicotine, but hate lung butter. Good enough for me!

The problem I have found with this forum is that anywhere you look for "which is best", you get a dozen people with their biased opinion. What I look for:

-Huge vapor output. The biggest issue I have with the mental effect is that if you inhale like you would with a cig, most of the vapor is gone. If you just barely pull it into your throat, the cloud can be a monster.

-Extended battery life...as in, if I puff all day, I only want to change the battery one. And I mean ALL day :)

-I don't have a preference on throat kick. A slight pinch is fine, a harsh hit is too ( chain smoked marb reds since I was 16 ).

I'm sure that's what everyone wants, and I know I need to sacrifice one for the other. But can I get a recommendation for (I'm in the US btw) a supplier/product that can accomplish this? I've seen the Prodigy and Protoge, and truth be told I'm an impatient person. (Thought I would be honest, when I want something I want it now.) 2-3 weeks for shipment makes me sad!

Is there anything out there that can accomplish the high vapor output with superior battery life, that is in stock and ready to ship, and ( geezz, I certainly am needy )

I've looked at devices with PCC's, and at Prodigy and SD mods, and I just don't know where I should focus because I don't own any of them. But you...<irish accent>youuuu peeeeople have been chosen to reveal our exist--</irish accent> wait...you people who do, have a wealth of experience that I could benefit from.

Cheers, and thanks for considering my request for assistance!:thumb:

Thanks for the quick answer. The HV liquid does look interesting. I have considered trying the higher voltage varieties.

Unfortunately the multi volt varieties are out of stock :(

Off topic question: for 6v, you use 2x3.0v batters, and for 3.7v you use 1x3.7v and a spacer battery? Seems logical and obvious, but I don't want to find out the hard way if I were to assume improperly. Last I can remember, voltage in a circuit is cumulative of the voltages supplied if in series.

Open to more suggestions as well :)

Now you are just asking for a dozen or so personal recommendations. I started vaping with the 510, but just bought a Bartleby that puts out so much vape that I have to put it down after awhile, for fear of overdosing. The Bartleby with the passthrough cable was cheaper than what I paid for my 510 kit, but then, I didn't shop around either. Here's the link to the Bartleby review: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/video-reviews/43943-bartleby-pv-review.html

I think you'll have to wait on most good battery units!

A Chuck is made of solid copper with brass end caps. Heavy duty. The conductivity of the body material (copper) makes for massive vapor at 3.7v. Nice! $80 delivered, custom graphics (put your passion on it by submitting what ever picture you want printed in high quality vinyl shot with protective clear powder coat over it) or powder coat finishes in great colors and metallics. Any fitting you want (510, 801, 901, etc.). I get unreal vapor out of mine. It comes in 2 sizes, but the Chuck size will take a 18650 3000mAh 3.7v battery and run for 2 full days. Adapters from Altsmoke allow you to run other atomizers on what ever you choose to begin with. I bought an 801 and have 510 adapters coming in.

THAG BUILT: A Wolf in Sheeps Clothing!

2 weeks from order to shipment (maybe a bit less).

As stated above waiting for any of the popular devices is part of the game. The first I bought after my 510 was the Janty Stick. It's no longer my first choice but I still use it regularly and I fount the folks at Janty USA to be very responsive and excellent to deal with. They are typically available for immediate delivery.

Recommendations that meet my criteria As for overdosing, when I was in the army I went through a can of dip between 6AM and noon, and smoke as usual after. if I went to the bar that night, another pack. I have a high tolerance for nicotine ( either that or I am on a short road to dying ).

The bartleby looks interesting. I would have to get the atty's separate yes? I do wish I would have looked around a bit more before getting a Kissbox. I don't see much, if there is anything, compatible with its atty.

I suppose I am looking for people that are "proud owners of all the greats" to give me input of the best of the best. My kissbox will do for now. Even though my very new atty died, and my original is still puffing like a champ. My only feeling against Janty right now is that, understandably, they are running behind as the only US distributor and have supply issued. I don't blame them for that.

Great products and service, but I'm a fiend. I just want a ton of vapor and no dead batteries :)

The 510s are good, but the Bartleby makes it look weak. I am using a 510 atty on the Bartleby, which you can get for around $8 each.

Here is where you can buy the Bartleby at. http://eboxmods.blogspot.com

If you get the cable, you can use it as a passthrough, which charges your battery at the same time. You also get two 3.7 batteries with it. Even buying a separate atty, this unit is cheaper than most other mods, and it vapes like a chimney

Yes you are correct 2x3.0v = 6v vaping, 1x3.7V plus spacer for 3.7v

even though it looks like the multi volt are out of stock if you get the XH-2 you can buy the other batteries from a battery supplier to get more ranges.
Also tightening the bottom or un-tightening the bottom gets the in between ranges like 5v

Quite honestly, most big battery mods are the same except for a few VERY minor differences.

You can switch from 3.7-6v by just changing the battery in most.

You get more vapor from any of them than with a normal 510, 901, 801, etc.

You get at least a day battery life on any of them.

In the end, it really comes down to which one you like the most, and price. Take a look at all of them you can find, compare price, compare appearance, and decide which one you like the most.

I know I'm going to get flamed for saying this, but all mods are is a battery housing. You're still using the same atomizers, and same batteries. *For the most part* the differences come in the switch and look. Of course, if you're looking for 5v, you'll need to look a little harder as there are only a couple that easily do this with no modification.

5v can be had by the GLV but like most batt mods a waiting period is required. other than that this guy hits the nail on the head. If you want hv that can be had right away with no waiting period go with a passthrough which will give u 5v. Probs with pt is you have be around a computer or other usb device to use them and they can have a short lifespan but they are avail and are cheap.
