A little help please........

OK....I bought an EGO Mega Dual Coil Cartomizer Kit and love it.
Thinking ahead, I went online and ordered what I THOUGHT (please notice the word thought) was additional EMDCC's to have on hand.
Well low and behold they are not. They are 510 Dual Coil Mega LR Cartomizers. Which I do not have a problem using as long as they will work properly with my 650mAh batteries.

Funny thing is, I ordered incorrect extra tips too from another vendor and they fit these. LMAO

So I "think" these will work with this battery, but just am looking for an expert opiniong please.

With a 650 mah battery you should be fine using LR cartos. If you are using sweet or fruity liquids, you may not like what these cartos do to the flavor. I don't. Kinda makes the sweeter juices taste a little burnt. I have heard LR cartos are great for tobaccoflavored juices though. Just a matter of personal taste.

They fit an will work fine. Liking them is your own decision. The EMDCCs have a different sized hole than any other standard carto sizes. Drip tips for them usually specifically say they are for the ego megas. Just a tip for next time.

A lot of cartomizers look the same. There is a standard size and shape to the smaller ones. The Boge 3.0 are standard resistance cartomizers. Low resistance is 2.0 and lower. They also make 2.5ohms and there is always a slight variance. The dual coils make more of the sizzle and pop you may have noticed on your EMDCCs. So I'm sure you are fine. On any low resistence, including your EMDCCs, you are always pushing the limits of the battery power. So, whatever you use, if the battery gets to feel a little warm, slow down a little. It's just a bit of advice, not a reason to try to alarm you.

Edit: If you happen to like the smaller cartos and want to get them again, you can buy an ego cone, which adds a streamlined look to your ego with thinner cartos. One of the good thing a smaller carto does is you can fill them with a smaller amount of juice to see how they would taste in a carto before filling a lot of juice up in an EMDCC. Just in case you get new juice you want to try.

Well I guess as long as these will work, then fine. I was wanting the Mega size so I didn't have to bring juice to work with me. With these smaller ones, I can see I will have to.

Lesson learned I guess and hopefully the taste will be OK with my juices.

I do really love my EMDCC so far!!!!!!
I just filled one of these small guys up with some toasted tobacco flavor to try and get my hubby into it. hehehehe

Good luck with converting hubby! May be easier to fill up a spare and bring that with you, unless you are getting good at filling these on the fly. It will always state eGo Mega Dual Coils and are made by Smoke Tech

They look right. LF claims they hold one more ml. 4.5 ml which seems like a lot. But if you like the monster cartos, they look like a good buy. Can't say they are the exact same as what you have but unless you accidentally get a dud, it's the same Manufacturer and coil resistance so performance should be similar.

Yes I like the mega. I started vaping 3 days ago and both days at work with it, I didn't have to refill it there which was very nice.

And guess what!? I filled one of those smaller ones like I said I would and the hubby likes it. Fingers crossed there!!!!
