Before i begin, this needs to be said:

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO RECREATE THIS!
Please hear me out: this was a necessary evil, my PV's wound up in my girlfriend's purse, so i'm vaporless. So i made one out of an old 901 charger. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! Do not attempt to recreate this verbatim. It is massively unsafe and the parts move quite a lot. I don't have any of the necessary tools atm to make this proper, however, and i was desperate. SO PLEASE FOR THE LOVE OF VAPOR DO NOT MAKE THIS THING!!! Without further ado, in a world gone mad, one man has gone madder....


The guts of the thing. Ripped apart an old 901 charger as i no longer have the 901 batteries any more. View attachment 23076Reversed the manual battery charger attachment so that i could attach an atty.
More photos next post as i attached 3 i wound up removing.

haha bad ase. at least you didn't pick up butts off the street and roll em into a zig zag. did that a couple times out of desperation with no money for even a smoke and very hung over

Finished product:

Basically i just jacked the battery terminals from an old cd player, wiring from an old power supply that shorted out a while back. Couldn't find a useful switch, so i just press the wires together. Like i said before, ghetto and unsafe. Just wanted to share. DO NOT MAKE THIS LIKE THIS FOR THE LOVE OF VAPOR!

Oh and i still have the original led from the charger that i will probably end up incorporating somehow.

Always nice to be able to vape in an emergency. Sure the one you made wouldn't be something for an everyday vape, or something you would want someone else to try, but you made it.

I've been there and done that. My favorite is the rubberband/paperclip mod.

lol thanks it works in the mean time. will have my 905 and my Tornado back this weekend hopefully. Then i may go to work improving this little thing. What started off as a emergency backup may end up a viable mod after all

Hey Slim, question on the parts... Where did you get the rubberbands? Madvapes? are they compatible with a 510 or 901's? LOL

LULZ didn't get the dremel i wanted for christmas, so the halves don't exactly fit perfectly either
