Here are a few mentions of it..
Finally 'safe' cigarette invented? - PTI -

Safe Cigarette Finally Developed? | ThirdAge

You'll notice on the 2nd page of the 2nd article.. it says that it doesn't use a battery and doesn't heat/burn anything.. but emulates the 'ritual and feel' of a traditional analogue..

Anyone else have any idea what this could be? To me it looks like a souped up nicotrol inhaler.. but on the other hand it seems like an e-cig, but they mention e-cigs and how 'nicotine delivery isn't enough' (which is bs for most users)

Somehow interesting and ominous at the same time .. I was not aware of these tidbits ..

"Scientists no longer think that nicotine is entirely safe, Rogers said. "For many years it was believed that nicotine was one of the least caustic agents in a cigarette -- that it was the addiction compound but not harmful in itself."

Furthermore, the FDA has criticised e-cigarettes for faulty manufacturing. They emit inconsistent amounts of nicotine with each puff -- amounts that don't correspond to what's on the label -- and have been found to contain several of the cancer-causing chemicals also found in real cigarettes."

Most likely it is an inhaler like the ones from the past that deliver particulates of nicotine in a base , those never worked for most people , unless there is a new delivery system ? you would have to look up the patent on it .

Willie just quoting an article is a no go , they will say anything , and if you notice they are the same copy !
