Well I've heard that when the back starts aching, it's time to get a new pair of shoes. So now you get a new pair of shoes, LOL.

I think it was the new shoes that did it :p I recently got a pair of sketcher shape ups. I did about 3 hours of walking yesterday..overkill for someone that has a bad back to begin with

Those shoes tilt your spine (in a good way) but if you already have problems..you may want to take it slower. A trip to the store and back, a walk around the block..like that. My ex is a chiropractor and he says he is seeing women for this very reason (I was asking about the shoes for me..I have mild scoliosis). That was his advice.

I have arthritis and bulging discs and they are supposed to be great for those types of conditions. I just over did it as usual :) Nothing a few doses of Soma and Vicodin can't take care of. I just can't sleep when I take them. I react really weird to those types of meds. Most people it would put out in a heart beat. Me..of course not. I think I've gotten maybe 4 hours sleep in the last 36.

Hope your back gets better soon. I have weird reactions to some meds too. I can't take Nyquil, it makes me hyper...LOL

Most of the time I may as well take Advil as Vicodin. Works about the same. I have some Tramadol that's supposed to be the next best thing since sliced bread but I haven't notices. T3's seem to work the best for me but the Doctors don't like to give it out because of the codeine being extremely addictive

I forgot to post dinner !!

I had dinner at Olive Garden with Nyxie !

We got that grilled dish with the beef and chicken and potatos and veggies.....and we had a tiramisu for dessert !!

Was fun !

(hands Fudgey a tums....)

That sounds good. thanks I needed that....LOL

I have two nights of actual meals! On Friday I was with a group and we all cooked together: angel hair pasta with fresh heirloom tomatoes, garlic bread and salad. Tonight was a broccoli/cheese baked potato. We won't talk about the cheese and crackers last night.

Wow....you ate 2 real meals in 2 days :ohmy::laugh:

i wouldn't eat near as much if it was just me :facepalm:

If I lived alone I could live off cheese and crackers....chips and salsa......and peanut butter sandwiches !

WE finished off the meatloaf tonight. I had a small salad too. I guess I will cook tomorrow...oh well it's been fun to take a couple of days off!

a few years is even better :)
