Had baked spagetti, salad, garlic bread, and corn. It has been a long time since we have had it, so it was especially good
I would be interested in seeing the baked spaghetti recipe too.
My dad used to bake spaghetti and also macaroni cheese, and it always tasted better that way - more intense in the flavor. When I want a great comfort food I use the following recipe for baked macaroni & cheese that is intense creamy cheese flavoring, yumm. (came from allrecipes.com) Definitely not a recipe for saving calories and fat, but I love it so much I could eat the whole recipe by myself, LOL.
Mom's Baked Macaroni and Cheese
1 (16 ounce) package macaroni
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup
1 cup milk
1 pound shredded Colby cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
Place macaroni in a 2 quart casserole dish. Stir in cheese soup and milk until well combined. Sprinkle with shredded Colby. Bake 25 to 30 minutes, or until cheese is brown and bubbly. Servings: 6
That sounds really yummy .....And I can't have it.

If it's b/c of the carbs, maybe you could switch out the mac for whole wheat or spinach mac? But if you can't have the high sodium, you're right about it not being good to have. Sorry dearheart.
Mary Kay, I'm having pizza today too along with a big cabbage, craisins, feta, walnuts and corn salad. Can't wait, but it's not even 4:30 here yet.
It's because my ... is getting too fat, Seabrook...![]()
