I was wondering if there are any battery powered charging docks or power supplies like this one.

that are of a llittle higher Quality. The reason I ask.

1. It takes an 18650 battery
2. I can buy said Battery under the guise of needing a portable power supply
3. I can buy a backup for that backup without raising any suspicion
4. then I can get a small mod like the K101
5. I only spend about 20-30 bucks instead of 50 bucks because I already have batteries and a charger
6. are we on the same page?
