Sorry you have to work Wiz. No diet for me. My wife made this egg, cheese, hash brown, sausage, and gravy casserole that must have a million calories.

It was good and after two servings I was wishing I had eaten only one.

Next is a roast in the crock pot and apple pie. I'm going to have to eat light the rest of the week.

Dinner was great but I'm gonna have to wait for a while for the pie.

The kids got me(so they can use it) an Apple TV box. It's pretty cool being able to put whatever is on your iPod/iPhone/ ipad on to the TV. It also links any computer to the box so you can listen to your music, videos, and movies.
