Hey there ShogaNinja, sorry you had problems with the kgo, but you can read throughout the forum where many people love it compared to the ego. And it is an ego knockoff.
Thanks, sweets. I hope life is treating you well.
I wanted to tell you there is another lady here on ECF named Orobas and she makes zebras to sell on SL. You two should hook up and troll.
To clarify my position on this matter (respectfully):
I don't read about that stuff, I own both. I am telling you with my experience. The KGO is alright. Is it better than a real Joyetech eGo Twist? Not even close IMO. It's better than a regular eGo T or C (non variable voltage 3.6v) because it's 4.2v, but that's really all it has. The airflow issue could be fixed with a dremel but people want their stuff to work great out of the box. The airflow issue is a dealbreaker IMO. (sorry, I don't have humility - it's not one of my strengths

)
I've taken mine apart (pics and repair guide are in my blog - The Vaper's Handbook (2nd page), link's in my signature) and I can tell you for 100% sure that they are not Joye brand batteries inside and that the connections are so fragile that they hot glue them onto the PCB (printed circuit board) to keep them in place. I am not 100% sure it's even grounded, and I can't find out without completely taking one apart and rebuilding it (Rule#1: ain't broke? don't fix!). Shoddy electronic work only makes it that much harder to repair. That said, my KGO's went 7 months before I had an issue with anything other than the airflow issue, BUT, mine are older (and I got them from DarkCityVapor by the way because I detest the rebranding that Hoosierecigsupply does to their batteries - if you want me to advertise, PAY ME). The latest wave of KGOs (especially from Hoosier) has not been well received, from what I have read.
Be glad you have your BB.

I've had some trouble with eGo styles knockoffs.
