what do you mean, you cant see it? if you look at this subforum, every single thread is deleted except for this one.

I doubt the comment was directed at you, but "Mr Wicked" did say that he was going to wipe out people's carts because of resellers and hoarders putting thousands of dollars worth of stuff into their carts, and waiting for the big discounts. Think about 60% off to somebody who will turn around and make that 60% back in sales. That's not what the sale was for. I just don't think the sale was thought through all the way.

I'm not sure about the threads being deleted though. I didn't see it. Sorry. I've been sampling as many suppliers as I can so that I can find the ones who treat me with respect. I won't give my money to people who treat me like an income or try to sell me crappy juice or hardware.

what i am even more shocked about is that there are not more people who are disturbed by seeing a company delete threads because the company doesnt want anyone to read negative feedback. it doesnt make the company look good. very cowardly. other suppliers have at least had the professionalism to respond and show that they actually care about people's bad experiences or dissatisfaction.

I loved the yo yo sale and had a great time getting some amazing deals. The orders shipped right out and even though I managed to botch my own zip code, they resent the items at their expense. They called me immediately when the orders returned. It was real top shelf customer service.
People that complained about carts wiping out and such don't effect my opinion of them.
The yo yo sale created a lot of complaints from folks that have some our grapes about it ending too soon and such, but all ya gotta do is enjoy it... And not be a greedy pig. It's pretty much that simple. It never needed to become an ugly mob of townsfolk with torches and pitchforks.


Sorry but this doesn't cut it for some of us. True, IF you got to take advantage of that sale, lucky you. From the sounds of it, greedy would have been all the repeat buyers then. What really ticked me is if I can't trust a vendor to keep their word, they ain't worth squat to me. pb38 said the sale would go until the 21st. It's on youtube and in print. Myself and 3 other guys returned to the states on Dec. 19. I personally called Florida twice, once in the AM and once in the PM on the 19th to verify that the sale would be on the following day,Dec.20. Oh yes I am told, on until the 21st. Us guys would be getting some internet service on the 20th, so we all figured we would all be set to place a big order to take back with us. This was important to us cuz we don't get this chance very often. So....we get internet Dec. 20 - go on line - go to the florida site - and boom right in our faces. Sale is over. No wait, I heard pb38 say until Dec 21 - I read it - I was told via telephone twice. So was 1 of my buddys too. Oh well, too bad, they changed their mind. Sale over - end of discussion. The thread at their forum that someone started complaining about the sale ending before it was suppose to...thread closed. End of discussion again.

So no, we were not greedy pigs. Those that got to make mutiple purchases sure were lucky they think. The tw spokesperson(racy) even on their own forum thread posted that it ended early. So since pb38 can't keep his word, we figure we really maybe lucked out in the first place by not being able to do the sale. We didn't spend over $800 to a place that can't be honest and truthful to their customer base.
When they ban their #1 poster and promoter with almost 5,000 posts, you can bet there is no loyalty to the customers.
Those that have good reports from tw, you're lucky. You are certainly fewer now tho, much fewer.
Why delete over a dozen threads? Cuz you didn't flower accolades on them. Actions speak louder than words. It's obvious the end-users, the customers, don't rate too high. Like already mentioned, this thread will be deleted soon anyway. I guess that's how some handle customer complaints. Delete them.
Too many really excellent vendors that actually listen and handle problems whether publicly or privately to worry about this 1 that doesn't do any of that. I have already moved on and found excellent service elsewhere. I give referrals to my buddies as well. So thank you tw.
I get to go back to "nowhere land" before long. Yep, he accuses those that are relatively new here of "coming out of nowhere". As opposed to coming out of somewhere I guess. Not the type of conduct one would expect from a vendor, but actions speak louder than words. Us guys have learned to live by those words, because actions indeed speak louder than words. We keep our word and we can handle the action.

Rosco said it all.............and what a SHAME that Totally Wicked has no heart. These fighting forces have a short two week leave or whatever and want to stock up before going to the sandbox.....if yall had a heart, yall would have GIVEN them their order for misleading them in advertising and doing the bait and switch.

It sucks it ended early, but if it wasent for that sale i would have never ordered from them because of the prices, and then the shipping charges/time. im really glad i did order from them because after my 5 bottle sample pack i ordered about 100ml of titan fluid and i have another order on the way, plus a full cart with their month long 20% discount. i think their juice is amazing, i just hope the price can come down soon, or at least add free shipping. I think that they would have a lot more business, if at the very least from me :) Just please dont delete this thread pillbox, its really starting to aggravate your customers.

I've never had a problem with TW's service or anything else from them. I didn't try to get in on the yo-yo sale since I was out of town for the last month and would not have been home to enjoy my order or orders, so don't know anything about that.

I don't even care that there has been so many negative threads made, because I do not go by what others say about a company. If I have good service and nothing has gone bad I will continue to order from that company, no matter what anyone else says. Yes, I even ignore good things that are said about a company too, because when it comes down to it, it's up to the individual customer if they are happy with the products, or how they are treated by customer service to continue doing business with a company.

I do;however, have to admit that I am upset and saddened by the fact that all threads in the past year or so have been deleted. I suppose there could be some reasons for this, as below.

Maybe they were just cleaning up the sub-forum?
Maybe they wanted to get rid of bad publicity.
Perhaps TW is about to announce they are shutting down and going out of business completely?

Or maybe even the one that perhaps makes me angry.. Maybe they've decided to just abandon their customers here on ECF. Yeah, I know it is not something I wish to think about, but it could be possible they just don't care about us anymore and with the bad threads, they don't think we want them around here anymore.

Well, if they can be so heartless to just forget about us here and abandon us, then I guess I would not feel so bad about doing the same to then.. Just forgetting about them and never order from them again, even though I am/was a satisfied customer

It would be nice to have some sort of explination about just what is going on. Do I think one will ever be forthcoming? No, not really since one was not, or has not yet been posted, even a few days after leaving the sub-forum empty of any semblance of life. Maybe their actions are enough explination, but it would be nice to have a clearer one.

Sorry, I guess what I meant to say was that I didn't see what was going on in the threads before they got deleted. Most of the threads that I'd read through were very old, had been resolved, or were just chit-chat, so I just assumed that they were only keeping current threads open. A lot of forums do that.

I'm not defending anything however. I just never saw anything that caused me to be alarmed. Maybe there was something I didn't see, or wasn't a part of. I'm just sharing my experience with them. I'm not going to start talking smack if I have nothing bad to share.

All of the deleted threads will bump to the top of the forum because they have the most recent activity. There are around 60 deleted threads. I've got my eye on what they're doing, for various reasons, and I'll spend my money where I will, but the company that earns my money will have to treat me like their king because I only support companies that understand they are nothing without their customers and employees. A business must treat both very well in order for me to talk well of them and earn my money, otherwise I will tear them down. And I have torn businesses down. It's not too difficult if there is a legitimate foundation.

Or maybe im considering Leaving ECF because of characters like ROSCO and Lodzin. Neither are customers, neither have ever bought... And both claim to be upset the Yo Yo ended early..

As my customers know we treat all with dignity and respect.. but rosco and lodzin have only earned my deepest feelings of disgust.. neither can be believed.. Rosco is a serving soldier, he forgets we have give $7000 to the wounded warrior.. Lots of things get forgotten on this type of anti TW thread.. fact is hardly any of the so called complaints are valid.. Cowardly???Me No...Never.. planet scribbles is another, he was trashing the Yo Yo sales as ridiculous then on twitter begging for big discounts, got them then starts a thread complaining because we asked him to send a defective battery back.. its un believable..

The day I send TW money and they don't send me product, I will take exception to their behavior... Until then I will base MY opinion on MY experiences with them.

I have no problem with ths supplier.

I do grow tired of people sniveling about opportunities missed, and the excuse of being out of the country is amusing to me, as the Internet works pretty much everywhere. But I accept that just as there will always be people that are happy and satisfied, there will also be folks that are miserable and agry... Go figure.
