Lodzin, PB38 knows something that apparently you do not... ECF is a tiny blip on the radar of the masses of people that use electronic cigs and good search engine placement does more for business than a forum such as this probably does, especially since a lot of the press he's received on ECF is negative diatribe from disgruntled folks that complain and moan about high prices and poor service.
From my perspective, I have purchased a good many things from TW that can't be easily found anyplace else and at very reasonable prices. And the service has been amazing.

Well, good to know that I was wrong about TW going under.. I've bought 4-5 things and never had a problem! So can still can look forward to the tanks from TW!
The Tanks will be here in the next 14 days possibly sooner. also watch out for the New Totally wicked Mixing case..Its portable with built in lighting, a 4000Mah battery PCC and 4 charging ports..Plus room for batteries, atomisers, fluids, carts, syringes etc.

I have ordered from you 3 or 4 times on the run up to xmas, including calling your hotline in the last week before everything shut, ALL orders arrived next day...no problems at all.
You will always and i mean always get complaints, sometimes they are justified and sometimes they are not, talking or explanations can help in this regard although again, not always.
The only advise i can give as an ex business owner / director is bite your tongue, explain what happened (or did`nt) and what if anything can be done to stop it happening again, or if it did not happen in the first place politely tell them to go forth and multiply.
Forums by their very nature can be a place of complaints and moans and very rarely praise (although the lot here seem to be pretty hot on both), chin up and no matter if its deserved or not let everyone know the facts you have, hiding feeds the trolls and scares others.
, one way or the other though this needs to be addressed.Aha, i see you have replied already, lol, damn my 2 finger typing speed, ohh, and you will continue to get my orders for juice

All I've ever wanted was some reply to the complaints about the Yo Yo Sale. I WOULD have been a customer if my cart hadn't kept being deleted. All I got was silence, then an entire forum being deleted. It just kind of escalated with the continued ignorance, and I feel bad about that. I don't feel bad for criticising, since a business needs to be aware of it's perceived faults so they can rectify them.
I'd hate to be seen as a troll because of this. I'm not out to be negative about TW for no reason, and as I've said multiple times, I think they've got some neat goodies, and I've heard good things about some of their juice. I do have a major issue with any supplier that ignores and insults it's clientelle.

PB38 is a human being that I feel has been pushed to the limit by a few ECF members that are not even his customers. The YoYo sale was cool, but greed is more powerful. Much more powerful. Some people are angry... But it appears to be very few by comparison to the many folks that were happy to purchase at even the lower percentages.
But the greed is powerful, and they chipped away and chipped away until PB38 snapped.
Im sure he sold a lot of product at below cost when some of the percentages went to the higher range, but those that either couldn't or didn't get in on the deals probably were "holding out" for more... Greedy behavior cost them everything... But in the video he pretty clearly said the key would be to know "when to pull the trigger".
For me, it was a lot of fun. The highest percentage I got off as 48% and it was a small order. I'm not angry about not getting in at a higher amount. I was probably going to buy again, then it ended, and I'm not mad about that either.
I am pretty sad to see how a few individuals can behave so badly as to push a great supplier to the limit like this.

Could not help myself, and had to post. I have not purchased anything from TW, but have been to their website a few times to browse. Since I really have no clue to what was started this conflict, it does go to show, the Internet and Forums can be our best friend and our worst enemy. I have had a few issues come up with a few suppliers I have purchased from, and a phone call and or an email has always settled it. Honest mistakes.
Many of the suppliers and vendors are working out of their basement (for say), and some are actually brick and mortar stores. Of course the Brick and Mortar stores are going to cost a bit more and I understand that and appreciate that. One thing that caught my eye in one of TW videos, is a Mission Statement on the wall and that has left a positive impression with me.
Many of times McDonalds has driven me to insanity for customer service. But I still go back for those 99 Cent burgers and the next time I go, I receive great service....

Forget the trolls who inhabit forums...there are so many new, good people who join up everyday. Some seem to think they own the place, when they are really just using real-estate rent free. I hope you don't dump this place. I love being able to come to the common market & look & mingle. You have some of the nicest products offered in the industry. It would be a shame if you moved out of the neighborhood.
Everyone loves a sale & some people are just cheap. From what I've seen, vapers are some of the cheapest. I understand your frustration. You passed on thousands in profits to run your sale. There are still the thousands you made & will continue to make.
Deleting the threads was a tad juvenile.
Take a breath & have a vape.
Come back tomorrow with a renewed interest in your business & customers.
The trolls won't buy from you anyway, but there are a lot of people who have & will again.

I hope that was a joke PB38, please do not let the negative attitudes of a few peeps outweigh the praise of a few hundred who do get their orders on time, and were lucky enough to get in on the action of the yo yo sale, i for one would be very sad to see you leave here.
Just figured I'd add my .02 cents here. I have no idea what happened but I can say I've ordered from TW multiple times and have always been happy with the service and product I received.
I also got in on the yoyo sale, was a lot of fun and really po'd me when I missed one at around 80%, internet lag got me, along with everyone hitting F5 I bet, lost my cart, started over, this happened to me 3 times, it was pretty funny actually. I finally 'settled' for one at 53% and heck yeah I was still happy about it. IT WAS FUN! And I got a sale.
Anyway, just thought I'd pipe in and say I've had no problems with them and will continue to shop there and purchase when the product/price is right.

I was a member of this forum when it had 3 or 400 members.. Nearly 3 years ago. It has evolved and not IMO in a good way. Yes it can help drive trade but it can also seriously destroy trade, i have no control to moderate persistent posters that have an axe to grind (90% of the time maliciously)... 18 months ago i did the same and basically gave notice i was leaving, similar situation, unfounded gossip, perpetrated by a few that was libelious and offensive.
I re-considered and stayed.. This weeks shennanigans have made me just want to walk from here. We are extremely busy, we i believe service our customers very well. Not perfectly but we definetely try our best. I am not prepared to let my business be demeaned in the manner it has been on ECF again..
