The big picture here is that you are not and have never been a customer of TW yet you seem to have some sort of juvenile and simple-minded vendetta against the company. As far as I'm concerned your credibility is shot. Bringing in the emotional 'armed forces' argument shows that you have nothing of value to contribute. You really should step back and take an objective look at YOUR behavior. You even started a thread in the 'General e-liquid Discussion' sub-forum dedicated to trashing TW - http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...iscussion/148774-interesting-observation.html. And now that a bunch of satisfied customers show up voicing their support you appear to be flabbergasted that we're not as upset as you. Well here's a hint - some of us don't center our lives around some silly internet forum. By the way, 'yall' is not a word - it makes you look uneducated.

Don`t know if you can actually close it, but you could state that the matter is now being dealt with (link to this topic) i would close it for you had this been my clan forum but alas its not and i am but a lowly member . there is probably a forum mod about somewhere who will pick this up .

I dont exactly understand your response and question. Maybe you misunderstood the context of my reply to the other poster? I am a college graduate, graduated almost 20 years ago. I wish I was young enough, or had enough energy, or looked young enough to still be in school!

Stumbled on this thread after seeing the deleted posts and all I can say is, wow, what a read. I've been a completely satisfied TW customer, they were the first company I ordered from when I came into e-cigs, and I return. The customer service and communications were lightening fast. I ordered the wrong item, and they were willing for me to send it back and get what I needed, no problem......... but, decided to get the other items instead (wrong atty, ordered the batteries and chargers that fit lol).

Now, I feel badly for those who feel misaligned by TW, or Pillbox, but I can't see the outright anger people have against a sale ending early? Yeah, I'd hoped it would go on, I saw it was to the 21'st, but I figured they were just getting swamped and low on stock and couldn't keep up. Bummer, but survivable.

I'd really hate to see Pillbox leave, because frankly, though there might be cheaper vendors out there, I'm not sure if they have everything TW offers, and new people come to this forum ever day and they would miss out on info.

I dont know Jason's reasons for deleting posts, nor do I want to know. New Year, fresh start springs to mind, however, I was lucky enough recently to visit Jason's TW premises here in the UK and meet Jason and his staff and spend the day with them all.

The staff, and I mean every single one of them, were amazing. The girls in the office, worked so hard dealing with customers, who at the time, due to severe weather conditions and postal restrictions, were emailing and ringing up all day long. The patience shown by them, and the nice manner with which they responded to the often quite antagonistic phone calls was just admirable.

Jason works very hard to maintain good customer relationships, and cares deeply about his company and his staff, who in turn are devoted to him, but it must be nigh on impossible for him to run his business and keep an eye on his own forums, this forum and every other forum out there who comment on suppliers. So I would imagine its easy for the odd comment to escape his attention, and knowing forums, we all know how easily things can escalate.

I personally hope TW doesnt leave ECF, but I would understand the reasons, should he decide to do so.

I know some folk were upset by the YoYo sale being terminated, but in my opinion, it went on too long anyway, which makes me sound ungrateful to Jason, which lets face it we should be, he didnt need to do it in the first place, but it was a good marketing technique and fun for a few days.

So to Jason and everyone at TW UK and US, all the best for 2011 !

TW needs to have a presence here. There are many new-to-vaping folk who join here to gather info and need to know about all the major suppliers. If Pillbox38 has somebody else monitor this subforum who is able to consistently check and address any problems in a timely and friendly manner, all should be well.

Ok I will chime in here! I came here just over a month ago. I am not a member of any other forums as I like this place so far and am not a huge chataholic that needs to be a member of 50 dif forums!
I do not just do a google search for juices and say I will just buy from them! I read these vendor forums and reviews and decide if from other peoples experiences and reviews if I believe they have a good product at a fair price! If they are not here (on the forum I frequent) then I have no information to base my decision on thus will not buy from them! I'm sure I won't break there bank but most companies want to grow not just stay where they are!
I can figure out through reviews in these forums if theres 3 people bashing a company and 50 people praising it's probably a 3 people thing! I can also tell if there are 3 people praising and 50 people bashing it's probably a 3 people thing! I assume most people can do the same!
If a company deletes threads with complaints in them and won't trust me to figure out if it is a 3 people thing or a pattern that doesn't go very far to instill my confidence! If there is a problem I like to see how it is resolved as that tells me alot sbout the merit of a company! I really don't like to see a vendor talk smack! Just state the facts in a professional manner and trust us too decide!
When I am helping to convert friends to E-cigs I send them here particularly for mistress nomads videos and product reviews so that is potential business lost also! I realize we are just a drop in the bucket but the more drops in the bucket the faster it fills up!

TW started their own forum about 2 years ago, +/- a month or so.

Not only did I have a few bad dealings with TW support, I got dumped from their forum even before I had problems and complained. I questioned them and received trumped up lies on why I was dumped. ???????? go figure.
