I think David Yang may have designed some stuff for a major manufacturer. That might be why his stuff looks so much like other stuff on the market, except much cheaper.

I hear the cheapness quoted often but his generic stuff is no cheaper, and in some cases more expensive than we get from UK suppliers. Certainly the 801 and 901 can be bought from UK suppliers for less than David's. I don't know how he compares with US suppliers but I would certainly deal with a local supplier if prices were similar. His manual switch penstyle is certainly much cheaper than the Janty but there is so little information on his site to what you actually get for your $79, I would be loathe to order until more information and pictures appear.

There have been a number of claims made by some forum members about the products my company produces and that they may be in breach of patents held by other companies.

My designs do not breach these patents. My designs are unique from other manufacturers. My switch design will only work with purpose built batteries, they will not work with any other designs. Because of the uniqueness of this design they are not in breach of any design patent.

I want to reassure all my existing customers and all new customers that my products and service stands second to none. All my customers receive the best possible products, shipping options and services I can provide.

Yes, you are dealing with me personally rather than direct with my company. It is easier that way because of the way business works in China. You can rest assured that I personally guarantee every sale. I want to provide 100% satisfaction to all my customers, and of course some free product incentives.

Because we are a smaller company, we can work very quickly to implement improvements to each and every product we manufacture. Right now we are working on improving the much appreciated 901 model. Improvements to the cartridge and battery will be announced very soon.

BTW, I have had this written by an English speaking friend so that my intentions are clearly expressed, English is my second languge and does not come as easily as I would like, but I'm working hard at improving it.

If I don't have a chance to do it personally, I want to wish you all a very merry christmas and a happy new year.:D

Best regards
David Yang

Parked I think what you have posted here was very rude.

First off you don't mention you have any of his products,
Second Janty has yet to show proof for a patent for any of there products..
Third saying that he prospers form other people ideas.. Gee what would happen if no one did that? it would be a very lonely plain world.. and a lack of development to expand on ideas..

Parked.. I am not sure what grudge you have against David but being as rude as you were, i would love to see the patent for JANTY products like the kissbox.. I honestly dont care about fake purses.. or fake Ipods cause a real person will buy the real thing if they wanted to.. and a real person would buy a knock off if they wanted to.. but David Ecigs are not knock offs and you should not make this claim unless you have solid proof that A.) they are terrible products and B.) that there is proof that these are fakes of someone else... David makes his own ecigs and that being said ALL other makers would then have to copy form everyone else cause almost everyone has a similar looking item..

If you think i am wrong just take a nice look around the forums on how respected David is here.

Rockbassray,

Ya i understand what you are saying lots of people have the same stuff 901's 801's and label it with there company branding That's all fine those companies are not saying that they came up with it.

I'm just telling you my opinion ! I myself would not buy from somebody who sells replica items in a shop and then has products he claims he came up with by himself.

That just doesn't look right to me at all and looks a tad bit shady. Again this is my own opinion you can make your own judgment.

Sorry, but I have to "call a spade a spade."

Thanks

Parker

Gosh, I'm really naive about the cost of fashion. I assumed the bags on David's site were genuine as the they were so expensive. After reading your post I visited the Louis Vuitton site. JEEEZZUUSS is that the price people pay for a label????????
I never put you as a handbag kinda guy pete .....

I see all the e-cigs offered world wide
by all companies and suppliers --

I see 3 basic types --

super-mini
mini
penstyle

so, who made the first one of each of these,
and,
all the rest that followed these 3 originals are
all copies of the original concept and basic design
in each category.
so every e-cig is a copy,

those who want big brand names,
with the price and the prestige of it all,
will buy it .....
those like me, and millions of others
that do not see the value in massively overpriced brand names, will never buy it,
so they never had us for a customer anyway.

I've sorta become a handbag guy since e-smoking.

Old tech - packet of fags and a lighter.

New tech - e-cig, spare batts, spare atomisers, carts, e-liquid, chargers, multiplug adapter, cases, get-out-of-jail-free cards etc.

My wife had a fit when I said I wanted a manbag...

I'm sure Louis Vuitton will sell you a little number for £660 don't know if the link will work.

Louis Vuitton: French fashion designer

Sean Connery has one, thats got to be a clincher...

EDIT

Nah didn't think a link like that would work, you'll just have to browse

Uh, parked, you do realize that Janty didn't invent anything special here. They literally just put a battery and a USB port on a pre-existing product.

And as I've pointed out in another post, his USB and Janty's are different.

Also, because he sells knock off bags and mp3 players, he's a bad guy and you shouldn't do business with him? You really need to look into how Chinese manufacturers operate.

Doc. so far, in hundreds of hours I spent researching ecigs, prior to me starting my own biz, I have found Janty being the MOST INNOVATIVE, of any company I have found. They have many new products coming out, and consistently put their money back into research and development. With that said, I just want to be able to offer the BEST product available. I just wish David would respond to my emails. He seems to have disappeared.

Janty hasn't been that innovative. If anything, the chaps at intellicig seem to be the only ones that have offered anything legitimately important and DIFFERENT since the advent of e-cigs. They've improved the catridge life and liquid dispensement, they've improved the atomizer, they've improved the battery and the chip inside. And all of this without a henfty JANTY BRAND NAME price tag. Janty uses the same old technology that's been used since e-cigs have been on the market and merely re-package it and charge you up the bum for it.

From the reviews of other members, i gather that the intellicig is just a rebranded M401. Not that it matters though cos they are selling it cheaper actually, minus the shipping of course.

No, it doesn't make him a bad guy. But i agree with parked. It does make him look suspicious and ppl have the right to be cautious.

It does not have anything to do with how the Chinese operate cos I don't know of any decent Chinese factory owners selling knock off products on the sidelines and i know a lot of them.

Merry Christmas to you all, these days was very busy with the new thought and testing for the DSE901. hope it will come out soon

Thanks for all your good suggestions, I put my friend's products on the web was because I want to make full use of the web. Well, it was supposed to be not bad idea in a chinese mind, but it proves to be not a good idea at all. will delete them soon after the discussion with my friend. thanks again, with your suggestions, the web turns to be more and more professional.

As to ecig, and my products service, why not test it before your words? :D.
Once again, at this wonderful time of Christmas, I wish a merry christmas and a happy new year to you ,your family and all your friends:)

Nice grooovn!

Hey David, how long does it take for you to ship to HK?

Or are you in Shenzhen? If you are, mind if I pop by and visit?

I'm going to HK in a few days.
