It is interesting to note that not that long ago, politicians were all against monopolies, yet with one stroke of the pen, they have reinforced tobacco monopolies. tobacco will not pay 1 million for vaping products, they will be just as happy if people go back to addictive cancer sticks.

BT Dumped 1 Billion into a Failed Heat not burn project........... Sure they will drop a few hundred million to look like they care.
