You don’t mention nic in your post leleegrrl. Make sure you are getting enough nic in your juice to satisfy the physical urges. My suggestion is err on high side to begin with. No amount of flavor can fill that void. If you find yourself chain vaping and still not feeling satisfied, up the nic.
As for flavors, Candy Cane was one I also got when initially quitting and after a year it is still in my juice rotation. Cinnamon was another that seemed to work well early on. Is bold and fairly sweet. It must be vaped from glass tank only as it will crack or cloud plastic tanks. Had a bottle of 24 mg Cinnamon as my backstop if all else failed and it worked like a charm when needed.
Your gear sounds more than sufficient here to separate yourself from the cigs. As far as the perfect vape, let me know when you find it. After a year am still searching. Seems like a moving target that changes from day to day..
Definitely want to try cinnamon again. Last one I tried turned me off from that flavor because tasted metallic, but I'm glad you mentioned it, b/c I want to try it again. My nicotine in my juices varies, b/c some of the juices I've had on the shelf since 2015. Some are 0 mg, some are 3 mg, some are 6 mg. I don't think I ever tried higher than 6. I never thought of the yearning for flavor as maybe actually being a yearning for more nicotine! That's a really good point. Do you think 6 mg is too low? I think most of what I'm using is 3 mg... which probably IS too low. I vape a LOT though... and I don't want to give myself a heart attack, lol!
