You don’t mention nic in your post leleegrrl. Make sure you are getting enough nic in your juice to satisfy the physical urges. My suggestion is err on high side to begin with. No amount of flavor can fill that void. If you find yourself chain vaping and still not feeling satisfied, up the nic.

As for flavors, Candy Cane was one I also got when initially quitting and after a year it is still in my juice rotation. Cinnamon was another that seemed to work well early on. Is bold and fairly sweet. It must be vaped from glass tank only as it will crack or cloud plastic tanks. Had a bottle of 24 mg Cinnamon as my backstop if all else failed and it worked like a charm when needed.

Your gear sounds more than sufficient here to separate yourself from the cigs. As far as the perfect vape, let me know when you find it. After a year am still searching. Seems like a moving target that changes from day to day..

Definitely want to try cinnamon again. Last one I tried turned me off from that flavor because tasted metallic, but I'm glad you mentioned it, b/c I want to try it again. My nicotine in my juices varies, b/c some of the juices I've had on the shelf since 2015. Some are 0 mg, some are 3 mg, some are 6 mg. I don't think I ever tried higher than 6. I never thought of the yearning for flavor as maybe actually being a yearning for more nicotine! That's a really good point. Do you think 6 mg is too low? I think most of what I'm using is 3 mg... which probably IS too low. I vape a LOT though... and I don't want to give myself a heart attack, lol!

That sounds nice and easy. :) Thanks! Making a nice long list so I can check everything out in a couple of days and figure out what to try (first, lol).

Sometimes chasing new equipment seems easier than fine tuning what you have. Higher mg on the type of setups you have should help with the cravings, at least 12mg.

As you start searching it might be helpful to expect all flavors to be muted while you are still smoking. Those taste buds just won't be recovering. It might help you keep off the smokes if you can be realistic about flavor being wonderful. Sweet spots depend on the vaper's style and interests and are a tradeoff between cost, time and convenience. My sweet spot isn't as tasty as some of my very favorites, but it is good enough, requires little fiddling and is inexpensive.

I hope the chase doesn't lead to too much frustration. Whatever you can find that is good enough to stay off smokes is pretty sweet in itself!

i'd say you're safe from a heart attack... some of those juices with nic... are they from 2015? if they have a peppery taste the nic has oxidized. since you're vaping above 1ohm your nic is considered low for someone just quitting, you might want to buy some juice with higher nic to help... since you're used to low i wouldn't try above 12, might be a bit much for you.

that's a great point... and i know you're a low watt vaperer... but maybe it's time for you to upgrade to a baby beast! kidding!

nic is definitely a factor... but that can change depending on the type of coils. the general advice is if you're above 1 ohm you can vape much higher nic, when you go below 1 ohm the usual advice is 6mg or lower... of course there are some outliers who can vape high nic at sub ohms.

Ok, yeah... the 6 mg is probably high enough. Plus, I'm using this 21st Century ecig from the gas station, and it seems to be high in nic. When I hit it too many times, I get little chest pains. Freaks me out.

I agree, totally! Any vape that keeps me off smoking is a sweet vape! Thanks for that input. :) If you think with these tanks 12 mg is good, I may get a 15 ml bottle and see if that helps calm me down more. :)

some paintjobs the mods and tanks come with look pretty, but don't last... and i got stuck with a red mod and hubby got the sexy black mod when we bought ours... so i painted mine and his paintjob didn't last... so i painted his and now i've painted more.

lmao no worries... it's worse when people actually try and say my name.

there's something said for a silver mod, they are gorgeous as long as the clear coat lasts!
The one i have is pure metal/brushed metal polished to a nice shine. Even if the shine goes, it will look better than my black mods with chipped paint that i inevitably finished removing the paint on :p couldnt stand flakes of black coming up so i said screw it and removed all of it on my other. Would have bought the Alien if it came in brushed stainless

Hi!
I'm a SAHM too also homeschool! I use everything you listed in your 1st post weekly, also bought tons of new tanks too, but found myself going back to the old protank 2 for the tight draw it gives me. Also diy.

Nice! :) I think homeschooling was the best decision I've ever made. Haven't regretted it once. Vaping was also a very good decision! :) We are some super-smart ladies, lol!
