Andria, do you remove the draw adjustment screw in the base of the deck?

In one of mine, I did. Actually I did with both of them, but one seems more airy, so I put it back. AFAIK, they're both clones, but they do vape slightly differently.

Political -- I worked on one of my achilles air flow by reaming out the top of the air hole just below where the coil goes. The idea was to have one achilles of my 3 be a tad airier. I would call the results marginal and the effort very likely to produce bad results. Remember we're talking 100% titanium construction. What I might try if I had the tools was to actually cut the inside air stack off by a half or third-milimeter. since it is tapered, any reduction in height you could achieve would result in a slightly larger diameter air hole. In any case, I definitely recommend getting yourself a clone achilles.
Ok, I broke down and ordered the last clone on the Bonanza site (the pain of which I eased by picking out a couple of SS drip tips, the cost of which was swallowed up by the 35% discount; an Achilles clone and two DTs, $39, not bad).

I asked because you mentioned 85P/15V. I've started dabbling again in DIY. Found I missed the throat hit with higher VG juice. And found I enjoyed the 50/50 juices in my achilles clone....I hadn't tried that in the Prometey, wondering whether the thinner juices would stay up in the batting or just dribble down the sides or not?
I DIY and most of my mixes are somewhere around 50/50. In my Prometey - the tank is fine. No leaking and wicking is prefect. I also have one juice that is closer to 60pg/40vg and it performs flawlessly as well. I do make sure I have a substantial amount of fluff wrapped around the chimney.

This is a little like watching plate tectonics happen, but There's signs that Pangea is beginning to break up.

...meanwhile, the USPS tracking page reports that "your item" (my clone) has left the Clearwater, Florida facility and "...is currently in transit to the destination," after pausing at the Rock Creek Station to water the horses and transfer the item to a fresh mount.

As long as it doesn't end up at the bottom of the Mariana Trench.

Much like you and Andria these have retired my KFL-R91%s.
I just looked at 10 pages of RDAs on FastTeck and didn't find a single one that interested me.
I will wait until they are back in stock.
I think it will be worth the wait Woof. I love my Kayfuns and I will continue using them but for now I'm soaking up these Achilles. While it has a nice capacity it is still a dripper and they go through lots of juice and need refilling more than a KFL. They both serve a purpose. The Achilles imparts a nice, sharp flavor (as do most drippers). The Kayfun comes close with the added convenience of a tank.

Hmm.. they do need refilling more often than a KFL+, but that's because they only hold 2.5ml... I actually go thru about 33% less juice than with a kayfun -- I was using 6-8ml a day when KFL+ was my ADV; now it's 4-6ml, probably a lot closer to the 4 than the 6; the closest estimate I can make for an average day is about 4.5ml. Maybe it's because with the intense TH, I turn the power down, from 10w to 9w... but I also think the tight airflow plays a role in that too; it just doesn't "burn up" much juice.
