I thought I read something regarding the adapters 501 to 808 about someone else having issues with making connection. Does anyone know where that was. Did anyone get a fix for it. Seems like its not connecting on the 510 connection.

I havent had any problems with them. Once in a while you have to pull the post up on the cart.
Most 510-808 adapters are adjustable.You just turn the 808 side where the slots are with a screwdriver. On most it slightly lowers or highers the conection. I dont have one from V4L so I dont know if they are the regular adapters.

Sic, take a thick paper clip or small finish nail and pry up the post on your carto. If you watch my review of the 5V OMG I actually had do it using an the same adapter. It takes all of 10 seconds, just lip it in the hole pry it up a bit of 4 sides, it will raise the post .5-1 mm or so and you will be able to vape your carto. The new adapter you get will be exactly the same as the one you have now.

Ill give it another go. It seems as though its the connection on the 510 side though almost as though its not hitting the bottom of the PV. Yeah raised the post on the carto, that seemed like the connection was fine, still nada. Tried a couple of different cartos to confirm.

Wanted to follow up on this. So the wonderful folks from V4L sent me not 1 but two more adapters and my first lanyard. Thank you for the goodies!!! Turns out the first one was really bad, I tried it on another device and it still had issues. The next two work perfectly and are allowing me to use my 2 week old tank for the very first time as well experiment with CoolCarts at different voltage. I wanted to again thank the wonderful staff of V4L for their diligence in their effort to have the most outstanding Customer service in the business. I have to say this I only hope that your business continues to grow so that you will always be a one stop vape shop for me.
I am glad to hear the next 2 work great!! Perhaps some of the batch were just not good.
Yeah, and there is a good chance that all my dinking with the first might have been its demise as it did not work on my initial device, and neither did the latter 2. My new device had no issues with last two adapters.
